基于组件冲裁模CAD/CAM系统开发与研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和Web技术的快速发展,模具制造业对CAD/CAM系统提出了更高的要求。为满足现代制造业发展的需要,模具CAD/CAM系统应具备开发周期短、稳定性强、灵活性高、维护及升级便捷等特点。因而,传统的冲裁模CAD/CAM系统开发方法已不能满足发展的需要。目前,基于组件的软件开发方法已成为软件开发中研究热点,并逐渐应用到了模具CAD/CAM系统开发领域。本文根据现有的冲裁模CAD/CAM技术,结合组件技术及Web技术,对冲裁模CAD/CAM系统的总体设计、基于组件的关键技术、及系统实现进行了研究。具体研究内容如下:基于组件技术系统开发基础的研究。在了解组件技术的基础上,对当今流行的COM、CORBA、EJB三种组件技术进行分析,通过对比,选择COM组件技术作为系统开发环境;根据基于组件的系统原理,提出组件的开发方法。基于组件冲裁模CAD/CAM系统的总体设计。从组件技术及网络CAD/CAM特点出发,分析基于组件的冲裁模CAD/CAM系统的功能需求,给出系统的总体结构框架,研究基于COM组件和ActiveX技术的B/S体系结构和基于COM组件的Windows DNA技术模型;按照组件化程序设计思想,将系统划分成模具设计、数控代码生成、用户认证、管理功能、辅助功能五个模块,并对各个模块进行功能性描述。基于组件冲裁模CAD/CAM系统关键技术的研究。针对冲裁模系统中的装配图生成组件进行分析,提出基于知识树的冲裁模装配图生成技术;研究数据库技术与操作的过程,并介绍其中关键性技术;运用COM和ASP技术实现系统的Web界面设计。基于组件的冲裁模CAD/CAM系统实现。根据基于组件的系统开发过程,结合组件层次结构划分原则,提出组件的层次结构,并对系统中的零件图形处理、装配图、零件图生成、数控代码生成等组件进行实现。

【Abstract】 With the high development of computer and Web technology, mould manufacturing gives higher requirement. In order to meet the need of modern manufacturing, the CAD/CAM system of mould should have the following characters: shorter development time, stronger stability, higher agility, convenient for maintenance and upgrade and so on. So, the old CAD/CAM system of punching die can not satisfy the need of development. Now, the method of CBSD (Component-Based Software Development) is the hot topic for software development, and is applied in mould CAD/CAM system field gradually. According to CAD/CAM technology of punching die at present, this paper combine component and web technology to research the total design, key technologies, and realization for CAD/CAM system of punching die. The main research connects are as follows:Development base for Component-Based system. On the base of knowing component technology, the paper analyzes tree popular component technology: COM、CORBA and EJB, and chooses COM for system development. Through the principle Component-Based system, it gives component developing method.The whole design for Component-Based CAD/CAM system of punching die. Based on component technology and characteristics of network CAD/CAM, it analyses function requirements, takes the system function modules ; researches architecture of COM Component-Based and B/S,module application frame of COM Component-Based. Discuss in detail the system implementation program. According to component design idea, the system id divided into five modules: mould design, NC code creation, user authentication, management function, and assistant function, and describes them.Key technologies for Component-based CAD/CAM system of Punching die. The paper proposes a method of building the system’s assembly drawing based on the knowledge tree. It researches database technology. And it uses COM and ASP to realize web interface’s design.Realization of Component-based CAD/CAM system of Punching die. According to the process of CBSD, combining with principles of component hierarchy partition, it puts forward component hierarchy. And it realizes the following components: graph dealing, part drawing-created, NC code-created, and so on.
