馆藏档案数字化的技术策略探析

【摘要】 档案信息化建设是档案部门工作的重要环节,馆藏档案的数字化是档案信息化建设的基础,是影响档案信息化建设的重要因素,因此,做好馆藏档案数字化工作具有重要的意义。本课题立足于馆藏档案数字化发展的现状,从馆藏档案数字化的内涵入手,论述了馆藏档案数字化建设的必要性;列举实例介绍了馆藏档案数字化过程中应用的相关技术手段;分析了馆藏档案数字化实施过程中遇到的技术障碍,并提出措施及开发方向;最后从整体把握馆藏档案数字化建设遇到的相关问题,保障馆藏档案数字化建设的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of Archives Informatization is the most important part in the management of Archival department. The digitalization of Archival Resources is regarded as the most necessary factor and basement of the construction of Archives Informatization, so it is significative to do this research on the digitalization of Archival Resources.This paper will discuss the necessity of the digitalization of Archival Resources from the understanding of the definition of the digitalization of Archival Resources, which is on the basement of the current situation of development of the digitalization of Archival Resources. And then author introduces the technique and implements used in the procedure of the digitalization of Archival Resources through some actual cases, including analyzing the technique obstacles in the implementation of the digitalization of Archival Resources and pointing the direction to solve those problems. At last, author concludes some measures to ensure the digital procedure according to analysis on the problems which we may meet in the construction of the digitalization of Archival Resources.更多还原
