封闭社区与社区归属感

【摘要】 近年来关于封闭社区的研究日渐增多,而封闭社区给城市社区带来的影响也引起了学者的关注。本文主要研究社区的封闭性对社区归属感的影响。从现有研究来看,大量文献强调了居住时间延续性、社区关系网络、社区参与、社区满意度、居民的社会经济地位等因素对社区归属感的影响,同时,也有部分文献开始注意到社区的封闭性对社区归属感的影响。目前的研究存在着两种对立的观点,一种观点认为,社区的封闭性能够提高居民的安全感,改善小区环境,促进居民的社区归属感;另一种观点认为,虽然封闭社区中居民的安全感和信任感较强,但社区的封闭性对于居民的社区归属感没有显著影响。本文认为社区的封闭性能在一定程度上改善社区的安全、环境、布局等,以提高居民的社区满意度,同时当社区的封闭性越高时,往往越能体现居民的社会经济地位,因此社区的封闭性特征将能提高居民的社区归属感。基于2006-2008年在上海市收集的抽样数据,本文对居住时间延续性、社区关系网络、社区参与、社区满意度、居民的社会经济地位等因素对社区归属感的影响进行了详细分析,并着重探讨了社区封闭性这一因素的作用。具体来说,本文有如下发现:第一,社区的封闭性与社会归属感之间存在显著的相关关系;第二,社区封闭性越高时,对外来人口的控制力越大,社区环境的破坏相对削弱;第三,社区的整体环境、布局、设施等越好,居民对社区的满意度越高,社区归属感也就越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, great interest has been aroused in research on gated community, whose effects on city community also attract a lot of attentions of researchers. In this thesis, the influence of gated community on community attachment has been studied. Based on current literature and references, the influence on community attachment has already been intensively attributed to other factors such as residence continuality, social relation network, community participation and satisfaction, residence social economic status. In the mean time, the influence of gated community on community attachment has also been pointed out. Currently, there are two opposite opinions concerning this point: One is the community closeness can increase the sense of security of the residence, improve the environmental conditions, and enhance the community belongingness; while the other one is the community closeness can hardly enhance the community belongingness even though it could increase the sense of security and improve the environmental conditions. In this thesis, the community closeness has been acknowledged in a certain degree to improve the community’s security, environment, distribution, management and so on, which could also increase the residence community satisfaction. Nevertheless, higher community closeness usually implies higher social economical status. Therefore, community closeness could improve community attachment. Based on sample date collected in Shanghai during 2006 to 2008, this thesis has conducted detail analysis about the influence of residence continuality, social relation network, community participation and satisfaction, residence social economic status on community attachment. Specifically, there are three conclusions drawn from this thesis: 1, there is obvious relationship between gated community and community attachment; 2, higher community closeness has better control over floating population, which results in a lighter damage to the environment; 3, communities with better environment, distribution and establishment have better residence satisfaction and community attachment.更多还原
