【摘要】 “班级文化建设”是近些年来学校文化建设中关注的重点内容。班级文化作为学校文化的一种亚文化,已经越来越被广大教育工作者所重视。班级文化的形成与发展对学校文化的形成、课堂教学的实施、学生成长的推动都有至关重要的影响作用。本文研究的目的是对班级文化建设理论与实践的总结和提炼,以及对当前小学班级文化建设的众多举措进行梳理与反思,发现存在的问题并提出相应的解决策略。本研究采用文献研究法、案例分析法、行动研究法和经验总结法。在文献研究的基础上,通过研究者从事班主任工作的实践经验,以及对现有班级文化建设的案例进行调查,对小学班级文化建设的现状及其存在的问题进行了全面的分析。在此基础上,本文结合作者从事班级文化建设的实践经验,针对当前小学班级文化建设中存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略,以改善班级在物质文化建设、行为文化建设、制度文化建设和精神文化建设等方面存在的误区和不足,进而提高小学班级文化建设的效度。本文分为五个部分:第一部分主要阐述了小学班级文化建设的研究背景及国内外的研究现状,并在理论与实践分析的基础上,探究本课题研究的意义。第二部分主要对班级文化及相关概念作了界定,在对国内外资料进行分析的基础上,结合实践研究,揭示了班级文化的构成要素及小学班级文化的特点。第三部分主要从班级组织的创建和班级活动的产生等方面探究了班级文化的生成,从学生、教师、其他班级以及学校等角度分析了班级文化的功能。第四部分从五个方面提出了当前小学班级文化建设中存在的问题,如班级文化建设的目标不明确、没有个性文化的体现、班级活动的创设过于形式化等,并对存在问题的原因进行了分析。第五部分主要从物质文化建设、行为文化建设、制度文化建设、精神文化建设四个维度,对当前小学班级文化建设中存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略,并在解决策略中融入了案例来加以说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Class culture" is a school culture in recent years the focus of the construction of the content. Class culture of the school culture as a sub-culture has been increasingly important to educators.
