【摘要】 自20世纪90年代以来,随着全球经济一体化和信息产业的飞速发展,全球经济联系更加紧密,这使得企业面临的周边环境变得更为复杂,市场竞争也日趋激烈。面对激烈的竞争,如何有效利用全球资源提升企业自身竞争力,在市场竞争中取得和保持竞争优势,已成为各国企业关注的焦点。对于绝大多数制造公司来说,材料成本构成企业的主要成本,节约采购成本的每分钱都能直接变为利润,采购对企业利润的巨大杠杆作用使采购的作用日益凸显。因此,越来越多的企业开始加强与供应商之间的合作,尤其是与战略供应商保持密切合作关系。本文主要讨论应选取哪些指标和采用何种方法对备选供应商进行选择评价,才能选择到适合自身发展、有良好发展前景供应商的问题。本文首先简要地介绍了论文的研究背景、目的和意义,并对国内外采购供应商的研究现状及相关理论进行了详细阐述。接着对国内外供应商选择评价方法进行了综述,分析了供应商的分类和供应商选择的基本方法及供应商选择实施步骤和重要作用。然后通过分析供应商选择的现状及新环境背景下供应商选择影响因素,借鉴国内外供应商选择评价的理论和方法,从五方面构建了供应商选择与评价指标体系,并详细说明了层次分析法在供应商评价中的应用。最后结合青岛荏原锅炉制造企业供应商的选择与评价现状进行了实证分析,在数据分析中阐明了选择的具体步骤和计算方法,并总结了其存在的问题。该方法能够将定性因素和定量因素相结合对问题进行分析和评价,克服了传统方法中缺少定量因素分析的不足,使供应商的选择更具有科学性和实用性,研究结果能对我国部分制造型企业有效地选择评价供应商起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From1990’s,with the advent of economic globalization and market competition intensities.Confronted with the economic globalization of the world market,how to improve their core power and gain advantages in the competition on the basis of resources globalization,this has been an important subject in recent years.For majority of manufacturing companies,material cost has been the main cost.as each cent saved in purchasing can become profit,the great leverage of purchasing to company’s profit makes the importance of purchasing higher.More and more enterprises are starting to maintain and strengthen cooperation relations with suppliers, especially with strategic suppliers.How to select the right supplier,choose which index and methods to evaluate the suppliers is the main concern of this thesis.At the beginning of this thesis discuss the research background,intention and significance,and summarize the status of research and the theories.Then analyse the classification of suppliers and the basic methods of selecting suppliers,and the steps to select suppliers and the significance of selecting suppliers.By analyzing the status of suppliers’ selection and the influencing factors in the new environment,this thesis devise a new system for selecting and evaluating suppliers on the foundation of five aspects:Detailed describe the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in supplier evaluation.Finally using suppliers selection of Ebara 1500 tons garbage incineration boiler case as empirical analysis.This method can combine both the qualitative and the quantitative factors during the analysis and evaluation and therefore overcomes the disadvantages of traditional methods due to the lack of quantitative factor analysis, which makes the selection of suppliers more scientific and practical.And it is effective for similar enterprises companies to select right suppliers efficiently更多还原
