汽轮机转子—轴承系统油膜振荡的非线性特性研究

【摘要】 本文针对极易造成汽轮机组重大事故的油膜振荡现象的非线性特性进行了研究,采用了极限压力边界条件下求解雷诺方程的方法,对影响油膜压力分布的三个因素的特性进行了研究,并模拟了油膜涡动和油膜振荡时刻的油膜分布;分析了油膜“半速”涡动和油膜振荡的“锁频”特性的机理;建立了非线性动态油膜力作用下的转子-轴承系统的非线性振动方程,运用龙格-库塔法进行了非线性求解,并绘制了相平面,揭示了油膜的“自激”特性;在Bently转子实验台上进行了实验,验证了油膜振荡“锁频”和“自激”特性,并分析了影响油膜稳定的因素,提出防止油膜振荡的方法。

【Abstract】 Nonlinear characteristics of the oil whip causing a major accident in turbine were studied. Reynolds equation was solved by using the conditions of limit pressure on the border and the three factors which impacted the oil film pressure distribution characteristics were researched. At the same time, the distributions of oil whirl and oil whip were simulated. The mechanism of features of the oil ’half-speed’ whirl and the oil whip ’frequency-locking’ was analyzed. Rotor-bearing systems of nonlinear vibration equations under the dynamic nonlinear film force were established. Vibration equations were solved by the Runge-Kutta method and the phase plane were drawn. Then the oil film ’self-excited’ features were revealed. According to the Bently rotor kit, the features of oil whip ’frequency-locking’ and ’self-excited’ were verified and factors impacting on the stability of the oil film were analyzed. And methods were made to prevent the oil whip.
