【摘要】 中国中部地区贯穿南北,承接东西。中部地区走新型工业化道路,既是对国内外传统工业化经验与教训的总结,也是改革开放以来在工业化发展模式、发展路径探索过程中的新成果,更是发挥中部地区资源优势,实现中部地区跨越式发展的必经之路。随着经济全球化的影响日趋增强和传统工业化弊端的日益凸显,合理测度中部地区新型工业化水平,对推动中部地区新型工业化发展有重要意义。本论文在对中部地区新型工业化发展状况进行系统分析的基础上,运用比较分析法、层次分析法等方法建立了评价体系,对中部地区八十一个地级以上城市新型工业化水平进行综合测度。通过对中部地区地级以上城市相互之间的横向比较和同一城市不同年份的纵向比较,找出中部地区新型工业化发展过程中的经验与不足,合理评价中部地区新型工业化发展阶段和发展质量。对在测度中表现突出的城市,本论文还从政策支持和经济发展等角度比较全面地分析了所选城市的发展优势,并提出在今后发展过程中应重视的主要方面和应解决的关键问题。本论文共分六章进行论述:第一章对国内外新型工业化研究成果进行了简要介绍。第二章探讨了新型工业化的相关理论,并从新型工业化的理论基础出发,研究新型工业化“新”在何处,以及中部地区走新型工业化道路的必要性。第三章主要通过分析中部地区新型工业化指标体系的构建目的和构建原则,选择新型工业化测度的方法,建立了包括六大因素,二十个基础指标的中部地区新型工业化指标体系。在此基础上,第四章对收集的原始数据进行标准化处理后,运用统计软件,对中部地区八十一个地级以上城市新型工业化水平进行测度。第五章全面分析中部地区新型工业化指标体系的测度结果,深入探讨数据背后的决定性因素,得出研究结论:中部地区新型工业化水平在不断提高,中部地区内部新型工业化水平差距较大且处在不断变化当中。进而提出加快中部地区新型工业化进程的对策,以推动中部地区新型工业化更好地向前发展。第六章分析研究过程中的不足,并提出了进一步改进的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 China midland is at the north and south line of China and connects west and east. Midland taking a new road to industrialization is the summary of the experience and lessons of traditional industrialization at home and abroad, and also new achievements of exploring industrial developmental pattern and path since the reform and opening-up policy was carried out in China. Furthermore, it is an inevitable road for China midland to display its resource advantages in achieving the spanning development. With economic globalization being increasingly intense and the defects of traditional industrialization constantly emerging, rationally measuring the plane of new-type industrialization (NTI) of China midland is of essential sense for the development of new-type industrialization of this area.On the basis of systematic analysis of the NTI situation of China midland, this thesis built an evaluation system by exerting different methods like comparative analytical method and hiberachical analytical method so as to measure the NTI plane of eighty-one mid cities over prefectural level. After comparing the NTI plane of these cities transversely and the same city over different years longitudinally, the author found out the experience as well as the defects of the NTI development of China midland. Meanwhile, she made a rational evaluation over the stage and quality of the development. After having comprehensively analyzed the developmental advantages of these chosen cities in terms of policy supporting and economic development, this paper advanced some aspects to be particularly cared and some key problems to be solved.This paper is composed of six chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction on the research in the NTI at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the author probed into the theories relevant to NTI. Thereby, she clarified the differences between new-type industrialization and traditional industrialization. And, she then stressed the necessity of China midland NTI. In the third chapter, the author chose the measurement of China midland NTI, and accordingly constructed the index system of NTI involving six factors and twenty basic indexes by analyzing the aim and the principles of establishing this index system. In the fourth chapter, after having made standardized processing of the original data collected, the author measured the plane of eighty-one prefectural cities by using certain statistic software. In the fifth chapter, after comprehensively analyzing the result of the measurement and the decisive factors behind the data, the author came to a conclusion: The plane of China midland NTI is being increasingly enhanced. However, the gap of the NTI plane is still big and changeable. So she brought forward the counter-policy to promote the course of China midland NTI, which may promote the further development of NTI. In the last chapter, touching the shortcomings of her research, the author indicated the direction for further improvement.更多还原
