单站无源定位系统接收机的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文以单站无源定位系统项目开发为背景,研究设计了该项目的接收机系统。文章首先根据系统需要制定了接收机的总体设计方案,将接收机分系统划分为两个子模块,包括高频接收机和宽带数字接收机,文章分两个部分讲述了高频接收机和宽带数字接收机的设计过程,并分别对这两部分的性能进行了测试。文章第三部分主要讲述了高频接收机的设计以及测试,高频接收通道设计主要采用MMIC元件,以降低调试工作量,减小设计体积,保证通道设计的一致性。高频接收机的其它部分设计过程中,主要运用ADS和serenade微波软件仿真设计。第四部分讲述了宽带数字接收机的设计,主要包括两个部分:硬件电路设计和算法模块设计。宽带数字接收机是以高速硬件电路为平台,结合相应的测量算法完成信号参数的测量。信号测量算法主要包括数字正交模块、互相关模块、测频模块和检测控制模块四个部分。文章中的数字正交模块采用特殊的算法,在未知输入信号载频的情况下,使输入数字信号完成正交变换。互相关模块最后通过CORDIC算法求反正切求出不同通道信号之间的相位差。测频模块主要是基于PRONY算法测量信号频率。控制检测模块对整个算法的运行进行管理。最后,文章对该接收机系统进行内外场试验进行了分析,并对内场试验出现的问题提出了解决方法。外场试验结果证明,单站无源定位系统接收机能够在输入信噪比较大情况下,能够对目标发射信号的频率、目标方位和目标距离进行测量。

【Abstract】 This paper explores the receiver system of the project in a single passive locating base. First, the paper sets down the total precept of the receiver. The receiver system is composed of high-frequency receiver and broadband digital receiver. The two subsystems have been detailedly discussed in two parts of the paper.In chapter 3, the design and test of the high-frequency receiver have been presented. The channel of the high-frequency receiver mostly uses MMIC component. It can reduce the debugging work and the design cubage. And it can give the channels of the receiver consistent capability. The microwave designed soft ADS and Serenade are used to design the other pars of the high-frequency receiver.In chapter 4, the broadband digital receiver has been introduced. The design of it is composed of the hardware and the arithmetic. The broadband digital receiver measures the signal parameter in proper arithmetic which is working on the high-speed hardware. The arithmetic modules have four parts: digital orthogonal transform, cross correlation, measuring frequency, checking and controlling. The digital orthogonal transforming has a special arithmetic. It can get the digital signal orthogonal transform without the signal frequency. The different phase of two channels may be measured throughout the CORDIC arithmetic in the cross correlation module. And the PRONY arithmetic is used to measure the signal frequency. The checking and controlling arithmetic manages the others.In the end of the paper, the receiver system has been analyzed through the test inside and outside. Some methods are used to resolve the problems of the receiver. The outside experiment indicates that the receiver may measure the target when the receiver gets a good SNR. It can measure the signal frequency transmitted by the target, the target azimuth and distance.
