无尾式小型挖掘机工作装置的优化设计与液压系统仿真

【摘要】 无尾式小型挖掘机具有一系列特有的优势,因而应用前景广阔,研究和改进无尾式小型挖掘机具有重要的现实意义。本文在建立系统模型的基础上,对工作机构进行了结构优化,并且建立了挖掘机工作机构的机—液系统虚拟样机模型,在此基础上对整个系统进行了仿真和优化。本文的主要工作如下:建立了无尾式小型挖掘机工作机构的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了运动仿真,分析绘制了铲斗在一个工作循环中的运动轨迹,得到了铲斗的工作范围。对挖掘机的工况和相应的负载阻力进行了深入分析和计算,在此基础上,分析了铲斗在不同工况下的负载及工作情况。通过优化工作机构的结构来增大其传力比,达到了增大铲斗的挖掘力的目的。建立了工作机构液压系统的虚拟样机模型,对整个系统进行了机—液耦合仿真,并进行了深入分析,针对分析结果对相关参数进行了优化。实践表明,将虚拟样机技术应用于小型挖掘机的优化与仿真是切实可行的,通过本文的工作希望能够对于相关工程实践提供一种比较有效的方法和一些比较有效的参考数据,特别是希望在ADAMS/Hydraulics中对液压系统的建模过程能够对于后续的研究具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 For the sake of the small nonetrail grab have special advantages and widely application foreground,therefore,designing and improve the quality of small nonetrail grab has an important realistic sense.This paper is based on building system’s model,then optimized its connecting rod system and built dummy model of mechanical-hydraulic system in the grab’s arm. Furthermore,simulated and optimized the whole system.The main Work of this paper is as follows:Built the virtual prototypical model of the system and took locomotive simulation to it and protracted the bucket’s locomotive track in one working cycle so get the working scale.Took careful calculation to the condition of grab and its loaded force and added corresponding load during different conditions,therefore,made the model much closer to the virtual circumstances.Through optimizing the structure of the connecting rod system to raise the force transmit ratio,then achieved the purpose of raising the excavated force.Through building the virtual prototypical model of hydraulic system and simulating confederate to mechanical-hydraulic system of the whole system.And do careful analysis,contraposed to the result of analysis,then optimized the corresponding parameters.The practice showed that it is available to put virtual prototypical technology apply to the optimism and simulation of the grab.I hoped that we can provide an efficient method and some efficient referential data to some relative project through this paper’s description,especially hope using ADAMS/Hydraulics to build the model of hydraulic system can influence the extensive research.
