【摘要】 我国现阶段正处在新型工业化和快速城市化的发展阶段。在城市快速扩张的过程中,城市更新满足了对城市建设用地不断增长的需求,城市中的旧工业区成了更新的首选目标。随着城市产业结构的调整,退二进三战略的实施,大量工业企业搬迁后带来的工业用地更新正在改变着城市的空间结构和功能结构。区域经济的发展也对不同的城市提出了不同的要求,一些旧工业城市为单一的产业结构困扰着,城市的旧工业区面临着主动或被动的更新。论文首先考察了国内外城市旧工业区更新改造的发展状况。其次,通过对哈西旧工业区的实地调查研究,提出了哈西旧工业区的现状情况、内部工业发展走向、衰败的原因和存在的主要问题。接着,对哈西旧工业区的更新改造进行了一系列的研究,提出了更新改造的价值和必要性、更新的条件、更新改造的作用。然后,分析了哈西旧工业区更新改造的目标、原则、对策,研究了工业用地调整的可能途径,包括更新为居住、公共设施、绿地等,探讨了哈西旧工业区更新的相关机制,包括政策制定、合作组织、公众参与、利益公平、资金筹措等不同方面,并归纳了哈西旧工业区更新改造的策略,包括经济、社会、文化、生态等不同方面。最后,以前文所论述的观点为依据,对哈西旧工业区内的四个典型地块进行了城市设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is experiecing a phase of fast industrialization and urbanization.During the process,urban regeneration of a city,especially that of its old industrial district,is necessary in order to meet the increasing need of a city for construction.With the adjustment of industrial structure and the implement of the policy on the third industrial replacing the second industry, many factories have been relocated to the countryside.Regeneration of these abandoned urban industrial sites is changing the space and function structure of our cities.Varied regional economies also present different challenges to different cities.While old industrial cities are dealing with globalization and exploding information,traditional industrial cities are troubled by their simple industrial structure.Whichever is the case,old urban industrial districts are facing transformation,either actively or passively.This article that study on renewal of urban old industrial district in Haxi,through inspecting the development situation of the domestic and international old industrial district renewal firstly.Next,doing the on-the-spot investigation research in Haxi,proposed the district present situation,the internal industrial development trend,the deterioration reason and the existence subject matter.Then,conducting a series of research to urban old industrial district in Haxi renewal transformation,proposed the renewal transformation value and necessary,the renewal condition,the renewal transformation function.Then,analyzing the urban old industrial district in Haxi renewal transformation goal,the principle,the countermeasure. Studing on the industry land adjustment possible way,including the renewal for the housing, the public utility,the green space and so on,discussing the related mechanism which urban old industrial district in Haxi renews,including the policy formulation,the cooperative organization,the public participates,the benefit being fair,fund raising and so on different angles,and inducing the urban old industrial district in Haxi renewal strategy,including economy,society,culture,ecology and so on.Finally,the viewpoint which elaborates by the problem is the basis,has carried on the city layout to the four typical land parcels of urban old industrial district in Haxi.更多还原
