【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对黑龙江省普通高校高水平篮球运动队进行研究,找出存在问题,并且提出发展对策,建立科学合理的管理模式,为黑龙江省普通高校高水平篮球运动队提供借鉴。研究结果显示:1、黑龙江省普通高校高水平篮球队运动员男、女子年龄适中,身材较高,一级及以上运动等级的较少,大部分运动员训练年限在6—8年,选择高校的原因主要是高校可以培养人。2、黑龙江省高校篮球队的教练员平均年龄为34.4岁,大部分教练员都是在完成教学任务的同时兼职做球队教练,多数教练运动等级为一级且曾是大学生运动员,他们学历情况基本以本科为主,外语、计算机水平均一般,培训、进修机会较少,对体育科学研究方面重视程度不够。3、训练经费来源主要靠学校拨款,大部分学校反映资金不足,运动员训练补助较低。4、多数球队能够保持全年系统训练,每次训练时间在2—3小时,各队教练员能够根据球队需要分配身体素质训练、技战术训练和心理训练的比重,大部分教练员和运动员认为非常愿意参加训练。5、黑龙江省高校高水平篮球队运动员主要来自普通高中和篮球传统校的特长生;大部分学生每天上课时间为3—4学时,自学时间较少;大部分教练员认为当前就业形式不容乐观,学生毕业后的就业倾向于和体育相关的教练员、教师等职业。6、黑龙江省各高校高水平篮球队的办队模式基本上还是学校自主办队。根据我省高校高水平篮球队现状,本文提出如下解决对策:1、黑龙江省普通高校高水平篮球队应明确办队目标,为国家培养优秀的高水平后备人才。2、加强教练员业务培训,发展科研能力,提高教练员队伍水平。3、加大资金投入,引入市场机制。4、加强科技投入,发挥高校科研人才优势,加强科学训练力度;激发训练动机,增加比赛机会。5、我省各高校应扩宽招生渠道,改革招生办法,完善“一条龙”训练体系;建立科学合理的高水平运动员学籍管理制度,解决学训矛盾;高校为运动员搭建就业平台,加强就业指导。6、拓宽办队模式,试行与企业联合办队。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper uses method of literature、investigation、mathematics、visiting to have a research on advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges , find the problem and put forward the countermeasures , establish the scientific and reasonable management mode , provide the experience advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges.The research results shows as follows: 1. Men and women players from advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges have the equal ages and higher body, less players has the Grade 1, many players have trained for 6-8 years, they choose Universities and Colleges just for educating . 2、the average age of basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges is 34.4,most coaches are finishing the class ,at the same time being the coach , most coaches are the Grade1 athlete and ever studying in Universities and Colleges, most of them are undergraduates , have low level of computer and foreign language, less chance for continual training and studying , don’t attach importance to scientific research . 3、the training fee belongs to Universities and Colleges finance, most Universities and Colleges hasn’t the enough finance, the athletes’assistance is lower. 4、most basketball teams can keep all year systemic training , every training time last 2-3 hours, every coach can give the fit time to each training time of body stuff、technique and tactics、mentality basing on team plan , most coaches and athletes are considering enjoying the training. 5、advanced basketball team players of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges are most from high school and traditional basketball school ; most students are studying just for 3-4 hours , self-studying time is so less ; most coaches think their obtaining employment is not optimism , the main profession is coach、teachers about P.E. . 6、the mode of advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges is the Universities and Colleges establish the team themselves.According to the present situation of our advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges , the paper puts forward the countermeasures follow: 1、advanced basketball team of Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges should definite the goal of establish the team to cultivate the advanced person with ability in support for our country . 2、enhance the coaches operation training, develop their research ability , improve the level of coaches. 3、increase the finance devotion, induct market mechanism. 4、enhance the scientific research devotion, exert advantage of universities and colleges scientific research person with ability , increase the scientific training power ; explode the training motive, increase the chances of competition . 5、Heilongjiang Universities and Colleges should extend the area of students , innovate the way of students enrollment , consummate the“one dragon”training system ; establish scientific and reasonable advanced athletes’students archives management system, solve the problem of studying and training ; universities and colleges put up the flat roof to make the athletes employed and increase employment guide . 6、broaden the mode of establishing team, try to establish the team with corporation together .更多还原
