基于操作难度指标的可装配性评价方法

【摘要】 制造业的竞争日益激烈,降低产品成本,提高产品质量和缩短产品开发周期已成为企业生存和发展的关键,而其中,装配环节已经成为制约生产效率提高的主要影响因素之一。产品可装配性设计(DFA)对缩短产品开发周期、降低生产成本、提高产品质量有着很大的影响,特别是,可装配性评价已经成为DFA中的重要一环,是近年来国内外学者的研究热点,这也正是DFA面临的新课题。本文通过对国内外DFA评价技术研究现状的调查研究,针对目前可装配性评价存在的问题,结合我国目前生产现状,提出了“基于操作难度指标的可装配性评价方法”研究课题,并确立了主要研究内容和研究目标。针对研究内容,本文首先对产品可装配性评价的基本原则和影响因素进行了讨论,并在此基础上分别构建了基于广义健的装配关系模型和基于神经网络产品可装配性评价模型,形成了基于操作难度指标的可装配性评价方法,最后应用构建的评价方法对CB齿轮泵可装配性进行了评价实验。通过评价实验,证实了本课题研究的评价方法具有先进性、可行性和较强的实用性。本课题的研究为该方法的实际应用奠定了理论与评价实验基础。本论文主要创新点:⑴通过对国内外产品可配性评价方法研究现状的调查研究,提出了“基于操作难度指标的可装配性评价方法的研究”的课题。⑵构建了基于操作难度指标的可装配性评价方法模型。⑶经过评价实验研究,证实了基于操作难度的可装配性评价方法的先进性、可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】 With the fierce competition in manufacturing industry, how to reduce the production cost, improve the product quality, and shorten the development cycle of the product have become the keys for enterprises to survive and develop. Assembly, especially DFA has become one of the main factors to influence the production efficiency. The evaluation has become an important section of DFA, and now it is the hot issue of the researchers.Based on the study of present DFA research and its relative problems, the writer put forward the subject“the Evaluation Method of DFA Based on the Operation Difficulty Index”and establishes the research subject and objective.According to the research content, first of all this thesis has made discussion on the basic principles of the evaluation of the DFA and its relative factors. Moreover, based on the discussion, assembly-relation model based on generalized link and assemblability evaluation model based on neural network have been constructed and DFA evaluation methods, which are ground on operative difficulty index, have been formed. Consequently, the evaluation methods are applied on CB Gear Pump DFA to make evaluation experiments. Through the experiments, it is approved that this topic is advanced, feasible and practical. And the research of this topic has formed theoretical, evaluative and experimental basis for the practical application of this method. Innovations of the thesis:(1) Through the investigating of the present DFA evaluation methods of the products home and abroad, the topic named‘the Evaluation Method of DFA Based on the Operation Difficulty Index’has been raised.(2) The DFA evaluation methods, which are based on the operative difficulty index, has been constructed.(3) Through evaluation testing and research, it has been approved DFA evaluation methods are advanced, feasible and practical.
