【摘要】 建设社会主义新农村是全面建设小康社会,构建社会主义和谐社会,推进社会主义现代化进程中最艰巨、最繁重的历史任务。加强和改进农民思想教育工作是社会主义新农村建设得以健康有序推进的必备条件,必须要从建设社会主义新农村,推进社会主义现代化的战略高度,充分认识加强和改进农民思想教育的重要性和紧迫性。本文从社会主义新农村建设对农民思想教育的时代要求出发,在客观分析当前农民思想教育存在的主要问题的基础上,分别从目的、内容、方式以及主体和条件四个方面对农民思想教育问题展开研究,着重阐述了农民思想教育工作在上述四个方面存在的问题和不足,并针对问题和不足,分别提出了相应的对策和建议。其主要内容如下:在社会主义新农村建设中,农民思想教育的具体目的要进一步转变,要过去仅仅停留在调动广大农民群众的积极性上转变为在调动广大农民积极性的基础上,注重提高农民素质,促进农民全面发展,把培养和造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律、懂技术以及会经营的社会主义新型农民作为其主要任务;农民思想教育内容要克服过去单一、陈旧、针对性不强的问题,在准确把握其时代性、综合性、通俗性和实用性的基础上,注重加强农民思想教育内容的体系建设,注重加强农民思想教育内容的针对性,还要注重不断更新和完善农民思想教育内容;农民思想教育方式应适应新农村建设的实际需要,在灵活性、对等性以及针对性上下功夫,要通过采用灵活、有情、有境的思想教育方式调动广大农民接受思想教育的积极性和主动性,从而提高农民思想教育的实际效果;农民思想教育主体要得到加强,要实现两个转变:即,要由无队伍的思想教育向有队伍的思想教育转变;要由不自觉开展农民思想教育向自觉开展农民思想教育转变。农民思想教育条件要得到改善,要由无投入的思想教育向有投入的思想教育转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing the socialist new countryside is the hugest and the heaviest mission of building a well-off society and setting up the harmonious society of the socialism. Strengthening and improving Ideological education of farmers is a necessity for healthy and orderly progress of construction of new socialist countryside. we must recognize the full importance of strengthening and improving ideological education of farmers from the strategy attitude of construction of new socialist countryside.The article sets out with era requests of constructing the socialist new countryside and the present condition of ideological education of farmers, it’s attention is concentrated on ideological education of farmers from purpose, content, manner, subject and condition phases. This article will highlight the existing problem and the insufficient of above four phases of ideological education of farmers and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The key components of this article as follows:Further transformation of aim of ideological education of farmers is needed in the construction of new socialist countryside,we must transform ideas from emphasizing on arousing the farmer’s initiative in the past into aiming at raising the overall quality of farmers and purposing overall development of farmers based on arousing the initiative of the farmers’, and the main task of ideological education of farmers lies in cultivating farmers who have lofty ideals, moral integrity, a better education and a good sense of discipline,understand technology and know business and management; We must Attach utmost importance to strengthen system construction and improve the content of ideological education of farmers based on the accurate understanding of contemporary, popularity, comprehensiveness and practical app1icability of ideological education of farmers, prior methods were typically narrowly targeted implementations with limitations in the content of ideological education of farmers. The manner of ideological education of farmers should be fitted to the actual needs of new situation of Construction of new socialist countryside,and it should be strengthened on the flexibility, equality so that arouse the farmer’s initiative of accepting ideological education and improve the actual efforts of ideological education of farmers. The subject of ideological education of farmers must be strengthened, that is to say, it should achieve two key transformations: from no basic units into organized units during the course of developing ideological education of farmers and from carrying out activity of ideological education of farmers involuntarily into voluntarily. Increasing capital input during the course of improving the condition of ideological education of farmers,and achieve the transformation from no investment into more investment during the course of developing ideological education of farmers.更多还原
