【摘要】 中国是世界人口最多的发展中国家之一,其中占全国总人口一半以上的农村人口组成了世界上最大的社会实体。党的十七大报告明确提出:没有农民的强健身体,就没有中华民族的整体素质的提高。而当前农村人民大部分时间都忙于务农,体育锻炼身体的健康意识不强,健康意识的薄弱导致参与体育锻炼的居民很少,因此居民的健康状况不好,患病率相对较高,并且缺乏医疗的保障,这都是制约农村体育事业发展的重要因素。城乡在文化经济的发展水平和体育资源配置以及投入体育资金等方面存在的较大差异,导致农村体育发展相对落后。武术是中华民族所特有的传统体育运动项目,是中国优秀体育文化的重要组成部分。在长期的历史发展过程中,商丘流传至今的民间传统武术大多都在农村,因此,积极开展农村传统武术活动对于整个商丘市农村体育的发展以及整个民族传统文化的继承和弘扬具有举足轻重的作用。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对近年来商丘市农村武术的开展状况进行调查分析;剖析了影响其发展的因素及存在的主要问题,探讨并提出相应的对策。旨在充分开发和利用商丘市农村传统武术资源优势,使其得到更大范围的普及和发展,达到培养农村居民终身体育意识,进一步继承、发展和弘扬民族传统文化遗产,更好地为全民健身服务的目的。通过调查显示,商丘市农村武术现状表现在以下方面:(1)习练武术人口较少,整体习练氛围较弱;(2)增强体质和促进健康成为不同年龄习武群体的主要动机;(3)武术作为传统文化遗产也越来越受到重视;(4)习练武术人群分布不均衡,参与武术活动随意性较强;(5)受应试教育的影响,农村武术在学校没有受到足够重视,目前主要以民间武师授徒传播为主。调查结果表明,制约商丘市农村武术发展的主要因素有:政府及有关部门领导对农村武术的重视程度不够;农村经济水平制约着武术的发展;门户之见,宗派主义思想严重;宣传普及武术力度不大;缺乏武术专业人才。据此提出了以下发展对策:(1)加强政府行政职能,健全武术组织管理制度;(2)发展农村经济,加大武术场所基本设施资金投入,创造良好的武术文化生态环境;(3)加强对农村武术人才的培养,重视对民间武术拳师的保护;(4)加强全民健身宣传,扩大武术的影响力;(5)重视学校武术的传播作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 China,one of the developing countries,has the largest population in the world, more than 50%rural population which accounts for the national total population composes the biggest social entity in the world.The 17^th Chinese People Communist Party Congress reports proposed explicitly:without farmers’ wealth,the general quality of the nation could not be enhanced.While most of the countryside populations are busy in fields at present and lack the sense of doing physical exercises which lead to fewer farmers participating physical activities.Consequently,the condition of their health is not well.The high rate of being sick and lack of the medical care restrict the development of physical education in countryside.Due to the big differences between the city and countryside in cultural and economic aspects and deployment of sports equipment,etc.attribute to the relative backward development of countryside sports.Wushu,the special and traditional sports item,is one of the important parts of the Chinese outstanding sports culture.In the long history,the survived traditional rural WuShu in Shangqiu district of Henan Province spread mostly countryside.Therefore, positively cultivating the countryside traditional WuShu have the vital role in developing the whole Shangqiu countryside sports and even in the developing of national tradition culture.Various methods like document and materials,questionnaires,expert interview and logical statistics analysis are adopted in this thesis in which carries on the investigation in the recent years of the development condition of Shangqiu countryside WuShu.This paper analyzes the factors which affected the development and other major questions and proposes that the corresponding solving strategies.The purpose of this paper is to cultivate and make use of the Shangqiu countryside WuShu to obtain the wide range popularization and the development and to train the sense of countrymen’s physical activity.To inheriting and developing the tradition cultural heritage in order to serve for all the people’s body building will be a very important and meaningful work.The research results of the investigation on the present situation of Shangqiu countryside wushu mainly includes the manner and the understanding of Shangqiu countryside resident participates in wushu exercise,the distribution of the population of practicing wushu,the ways of understanding wushu,the time arrangement of practicing wushu,the location facility situation of practicing wushu,the expense situation of practicing wushu,the management present situation of practicing,the development present situation of Shangqiu Countryside School wushu.The organizations and agencies of wushu and some Departments’ value degree and so on,and analyzed the mainly factor that has restricted the development of Shangqiu countryside wushu.This article regarding the above investigation,find out the major question exists in the development of Shangqiu countryside wushu,analyzed the factor that has restricted the development of Shangqiu countryside wushu,and proposed that the corresponding development countermeasure,included the following several aspects specifically:Strengthens the government executive functions,perfects the organization control system of wushu;Strengthens all-people body building propaganda,expanded the influence of wushu,developing the rural economy;Expands the funding invested, perfects the basic installation of wushu place,establish a good wushu culture ecological environment,takes the scientific research;enlargement the excavation to reorganize and promote the popular tradition wushu dynamics,takes seriously to the folk wushu master boxers’ technical instruction and the information management;Organize the training of countryside wushu society political instructor’s;rganize wushu competition and theatrical performance in multi-way;takes the dissemination function of the wushu school.更多还原
