【摘要】 知识经济的来临,意味着的新一轮产业革命的浪潮已经袭来。高新技术产业是知识经济的先导产业,新的技术条件和新的商业模式带来了产业的升级换代。通过对高科技企业合约的数理描述,分析得出企业家的创业精神是高科技产业发展的本质,以企业家精神为基础的高科技创业是带动地区高科技产业发展的根本性力量。相关研究表明,高科技集群的企业家精神表现为“创新小生态”和集体学习机制。在我国的高新技术园区并没有真正形成这一创新集群机制。文章通过高科技创业微观机制到宏观的高科技产业化运作过程的阐释,分析揭示出“制度重于技术”的发展特征。地区高新技术创业主要受到市场环境、政策和资源状况等宏观因素的影响。本文以广东省21市为样本进行计量分析,聚类分析的结果显示,各个地区之间(即不同类别的分类)的高科技创业和产业发展在重要的特征变量上存在显著性差异;同时,通过离散系数图表明不同地区之间的创业与发展存在明显差异而且差距存在进一步扩大的迹象。计量实证以不同地区和时期为控制变量的分析结果表明,地区间存在的资源禀赋、经济发展水平与经济政策差异是造成高科技创业地区差异的主要影响因子,而且这些影响因子的显著性存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advent of the knowledge-based economy means that the new wave of industrial revolution has been a hit.High-tech industry is the leading industry in the knowledge-based economy,new technologies and new business models brought about by the upgrading of the industry.Through describing High-tech enterprises contracts in mathematical way,we know the entrepreneurial spirit is the essence of the development of high-tech industry;entrepreneurship is the fundamental forces in the high-tech industrial development.Related studies have shown the performance of the entrepreneurial spirit in the way of "innovation in small eco-" and collective learning mechanism.High-tech industry in China has not really formed this innovative cluster mechanism.Through the macro-micro mechanism of the high-tech industries to explain the operation of the process,analysis revealed that "the system more important than technology". The high-tech entrepreneurship is affected by the Macro economic factors such as market environment,policies and resource.In this paper,we use the data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province to analyze the phenomenon,cluster analysis showed the important variables of High-tech industry have significant differences among the various regions;At the same time,the dispersion coefficient map shows that the gap in different regions is in a further expansion.Empirical measurement show that the differences of inter-regional resource endowments,levels of economic development and economic policy are the major impact factors to affect the high-tech entrepreneurship,and the impact factors have the existence of significant difference in different areas and period.更多还原
