【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来,科技技术在社会发展中所起的作用日益突出。特别是在进入20世纪以后,科技技术的高速发展和对社会生产以及整个社会作用更加引起大家的重视。为了能充分发挥科技技术在社会发展中的功能,就需要我们认清科技技术的特点,发挥其积极的作用,化解或是避免其负面的影响,使科技技术能很好的服务于构建和谐社会这一伟大的历史使命。武汉市承东启西、贯通南北,是一个地理中心位置突出的特大城市,武汉对于实现中部崛起这一战略有着举足轻重的地位。在本世纪前20年是我国社会主义现代化发展的重要战略机遇期,“中部崛起”的国家发展战略对于武汉市来说意义深远,机会难得。武汉市面临的挑战是:如何把地理区位的优势变成经济社会发展的优势,把一个地理区位的中心变成一个具有吸引力辐射力的经济和区域发展的中心。武汉这个中部地区的砥柱,该如何完成其“和谐武汉”的建设?以及在此进程中,科技技术应该扮演何种角色?正是在这样的背景下,对科技技术在构建和谐武汉中的作用进行讨论与分析,具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。本论文的研究内容共分为六章,第一章绪论分别介绍了研究的背景及意义、国内外的研究现状和研究内容与方法;第二章介绍了一些与论文相关的基础理论;第三章介绍了和谐社会的基本情况;第四章讲述了武汉及“1+8城市圈”的基本情况;第五章科技进步在构建和谐武汉中的作用的评价模型是本论文的核心与重点,他全面的讲述了科技进步对社会发展的影响,并分析了其在和谐社会中作用与其具体表现,重点分析了科技进步对和谐武汉建设的推动,并由此设计出一套评价体系;最后一章是全文总结与展望,对全文做了一份总结,并对此研究的未来做出了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of a knowledge-based economy,science and technology play an increasingly prominent role in social development.At the beginning of the 20th century,the rapid development of science and technology and the role of social production and the entire society have been paid highly attention.In order to give full play to the science and technology in social development functions,we need to gain a clear understanding on the characteristics of science and technology and play its positive role in defusing or avoiding the negative impact of science and technology, which can help to build a harmonious society.Wuhan,the large city in the center of China,plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the strategy of the Rise of Central China.At the first 20 years of this century,it is the important strategic opportunity period of the development of China’s socialist modernization.As for Wuhan,"Rise of Central China" strategy is rare and far-reaching significance opportunities.Facing with the strategy,Wuhan confronts with many challenges such as:how to put the advantages of geographical position into the advantages of economic and social development,how to transform a geographical area into an attractive center of radiation of the economic and regional development,and Wuhan,as the central pillar of China,how to complete the construction of harmonious Wuhan,what’s more,what role science and technology should play in the process of the construction of harmonious Wuhan? Against this background,this study which discuss and analyze the role of science and technology in the building of harmonious Wuhan,has an important theoretical value and practical significance.The study includes six chapters,the first chapter studies the background and significance of the research,and introduces the content and method of researches at home and abroad;.The second chapter introduces the interrelated Basic theory.The third chapter is not only introduce the basic characteristics and significance of a harmonious society,and its impact as well,The fourth Chapter introduces the status quo of the basic construction of harmonious Wuhan,and analyzes the basic elements of harmonious construction of Wuhan,and give a total overview of the relationship between the scientific and technological progress and the development of harmonious Wuhan.The fifth chapter,the core of this thesis,constructs the evaluation model to assess the role of scientific progress in building harmonious Wuhan,which focus on the comprehensive influence of science and technology in social development and analyzes its role and specific performance in the building of harmonious society,and emphasizes on the acceleration of the scientific progress in the process of the construction of harmonious Wuhan,and thus,designs a set of evaluation system;The last Chapter have done a summary of the full text,and look forwards to the future of this research.更多还原
