基于AutoCAD压力容器三维设计软件的研究与开发

【摘要】 CAD技术发展已经渗透到工业产品设计的每一个阶段,这使得传统的设计方法发生了巨大的变化。压力容器是化学工业、石油工业及其它一些行业中广泛使用的重要化工设备,其研究和开发倍受重视。压力容器设计和CAD技术的结合,将极大地提高设计规范性和设计效率,缩短新产品开发周期。但是,由于CAD软件开发自身专业性强,现有的化工设备CAD软件还较落后于计算机应用技术发展的现状,在开发、维护、扩充和升级等方面还存在一系列问题。因此,研究和开发一套实用的化工设备CAD系统具有重要的价值。本文以石化压力容器为产品设计对象,应用VBA开发技术、数据库技术和DAO技术,并运用先进的设计方法,开发出了一套基于VBA的压力容器CAD应用系统。该系统具有进行压力容器主体设计、标准件库参数化绘图以及强度校核等功能,同时具有三维参数化设计绘图以及快速自动造型功能。本论文从当今CAD开发技术和开发工具出发,通过对VBA的研究,提出了基于VBA开发平台的可行性,并运用VBA开发了AutoCAD基本绘图功能模块,同时还采用了面向对象的程序设计技术以及DAO数据库开发技术。软件的设计和绘图平台为AutoCAD2006,开发环境为AutoCAD中内嵌的开发工具VBA。该压力容器CAD系统由设计信息、参数化绘图、标准件库和容器设计相关计算四部分组成,分为信息初始化、标准零件库设计和三维实体造型等模块。软件在二维设计的基础上,开发了三维实体自动造型功能,实现了产品模型二维向三维的转换,大大的提高了绘图效率。本论文还通过对AutoCAD开发技术的研究,提出了一些合理的设计方法,在CAD应用软件开发中具有一定的借鉴价值。经过对该系统的实际使用,反复测试,体现出该系统使用方便、界面友好、运行可靠,为压力容器CAD设计系统的研究提供了重要思路与方法。
【Abstract】 The development of CAD technology has affected every phase in the process of industrial product design, and this brought great changes to traditional design method.Broadly used in chemistry, petrochemistry and other industries as an important equipment, pressure vessel have received great attention on their research and development.The combination of CAD and pressure vessels’ design will increase the standards and efficiency of design and shorten the developing cycle of new Manufactures.But result from the considerable specialty of CAD software development, existing chemical equipment CAD software drop behind computer application technology and have a series of problems in development, maintenance, extension and upgrade.So it shows great values to figure out a practical set of chemical equipment CAD system.With petro-chemical pressure vessel as the design object, this article has used the VBA platform,database technology, DAO technology and advanced design methods,and developed a petro-chemical pressure vessel-CAD application system based on VBA.Main design of pressure vessel, parametric design&drawing of standard parts and intensity check can be realized in this system.This system mainly has also two functions:two-dimensional parametrical design&drawing,and rapid three dimensional automatic entity modeling.For the current CAD technology and the development tools, the feasibility of developing CAD systems based on VBA platform has been put forward and basic function drawing modules are developed using VBA language in AutoCAD, Simultaneously has also used the object—oriented program analysis&design methods and DAO are applied synthetically in the system.The design&drawing flat is AutoCAD2006, and the development environment is VBA which in AutoCAD in inlays.The pressure vessel-CAD system is composed of drawing information, Parametrization cartography, parametrical standard part and Vessel design related computation, divided into several modules:information initialization, standard parts design, and three-dimensional entity modeling.On the basis of two-dimensional design, a rapid three-dimensional automatic entity modeling function has been developed, which could transform the production model from two-dimension to three-dimension, the drawing efficiency has a great of increasement.The developing technology of AutoCAD is deeply researched and a few of design methods are brought forward in this paper which are very useful in development of CAD software.The software is used by different parameters practically, tested repeatedly, the system has a friendly interface, simply operation way, powerful function and runs safely, realizes parametric design and parametric drawing form primal data to draw, which provides the important mentality and the method for the pressure vessel CAD design system’s research.
