【摘要】 装备制造业是指为国家经济和国家安全提供技术装备的企业的总称,它涵盖了主机产品及元器件、维修配件和技术服务。从辽宁的产业发展格局看,装备制造业是辽宁具有比较优势的产业,代表着辽宁工业的核心竞争力。全球经济一体化竞争的日益加剧,使辽宁装备制造业面临着前所未有的挑战。作为典型的技术密集型产业,企业技术升级能力的重要性在装备制造业发展中日益凸显。如何提高装备制造业企业的技术升级能力,全面提升竞争能力和生存能力,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要围绕辽宁省装备制造业技术升级的条件和技术升级模式提出问题,首先对辽宁省装备制造业的技术水平状况进行了调查和分析,找出装备制造行业技术升级过程中存在的问题。其次,采用数理统计和层次分析方法,构建了评价装备制造业企业技术升级能力的数学模型和指标体系,以大量的实证案例数据为基础,得出对装备制造业技术创新能力的总体评价。然后,提出了加强政策引导与支持、实施装备制造业分类指导、走集群式发展道路、提升技术创新能力、信息化和高新技术改造、加强人才培养与开发等方面的对策建议更多还原

【Abstract】 Equipment manufacturing is the total enterprises of offering national economic and safety for technological equipment, and it includes main equipment products, elements, fittings and technological services. According to the Liaoning provincial industrial layout, equipment manufacturing is the comparative advantage industrial and in behalf of core competitive power of Liaoning industry. Facing the economic gullibility, Liaoning Provincial equipment manufacturing is enduring the austere challenge. As the typical industry of technological concentrating; technological innovation capability becomes more and more important in the equipment manufacturing. It will do have vitally realistic meaning to help Liaoning equipment manufacturing enhance technological innovation capability as well as to comprehensively improve the competitive ability and survival ability.Based on analyzing the equipment manufacturing present situation of Liaoning province, First, the thesis makes analysis on the technological innovation of equipment manufacturing about Liaoning Province, identifying the problems that exist in the process of technological innovation. Secondly, based on analyzing the equipment manufacturing present situation of Liaoning province, the thesis adopts mathematic statistics and hierarchy analysis method to construct a mathematic model to evaluating enterprise’ technological innovation capability. Therefore we get to the whole evaluating result basing on a great deal of demonstration eases data. Finally, in order to promote achieving the formation of the innovational trails about equipment manufacturing industry, it proposed the countermeasure from the aspects such as government, scientific and technological innovation system, social services, personnel development and the protection of intellectual property rights.更多还原
