长春市富营养化公园水体水质调查与生物修复技术研究

【摘要】 本论文着眼于长春市富营养化公园水体,以南湖公园为对象,进行水质背景调查与分析,结果表明水质的相关指标良性发展趋势变缓,且氮、磷指标有恶化发展趋势。针对这一现状,本研究采用微生物-植物联合生物修复方法,即定期投入EM菌剂、养殖水葫芦、蒲棒,补种荷花等植物进行水体生态修复,对于修复前后全年水质各项指标动态变化规律进行分析,结果表明:各项参数呈现出季节性变化趋势,其中氮磷总量减少明显。与上一年相关水质参数相比,公园水体富营养化现象明显改善。

【Abstract】 Park water is an important component of the urban landscape. The eutrophication of Park water not only undermines the aquatic eco-system stability, but also the esthetical extent of damage to the park.Lake’s eutrophication virtually is the substance of nutrients in the water-rich environment, so that it made water bodies to a series of physical, chemical and biological complicated the changing process.This paper focuses on eutrophied water to Park in Changchun city. For South Lake Park, to engaged background checks over the years on water quality of the environment and its analysis, By microorganisms and plants joint bioremediation technology for water quality control to eutrophication, and for the research on water quality objectives in the year Dynamic changes, results show that it is obvious for use of microorganisms and plants joint bioremediation technology , the water quality after dredgeing work a few years presented more moderate to sound development or even circumstances on high trends of nitrogen and phosphorus , the use of effective bioremediation.Test Conclusion 1:For investigation and analysis on lake water quality of the years,results showed that it is obvious for the water quality of South Lake by dredging benign changes in the initial period, and then to slow down, or even to worsened trend on nitrogen and phosphorus.Test Conclusion 2:Before biological treatment, that is, before in June, not exceeding ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen are exceeded, in which the chemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen standard is still more serious.Test Conclusion 3:After biological treatment, after the end of july both of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are not excessive, has reached the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB3838-2002) in the I-type water body standards (Lake, Treasury); Southlake water pointsⅡandⅢandⅣhave reached the total phosphorus content of "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB3838-2002) in the ClassⅡstandard water (lake, library); SouthLake pointⅡBOD5 have between classesⅡand ClassⅢstandard, and with the last month compared to the larger drop; CODCr, TN is still excessive, but compared with the previous month has decreased over the value, the overall point of view, the instructions Lake water quality indicators of the decline in water quality compared to the same period the previous Southlake water environment showed positive trends.
