小灵通自动停开机与客户分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本系统主要实现小灵通用户自动停开机,利用指定的数据关系式分析数据、客户,完整、及时地向各级管理机构提供在管理及决策中需要的数据和不同详细程度的报表报告,以缩短分析和决策时间。小灵通自动停开机与客户分忻系统采用ASP+数据库的方式进行实现,操作终端采用WEB方式,不需要安装客户端,开放性高,采用IP限制和工号、口令限制进行安全管理,数据库采用Oracle9i,与计费系统,电信综合业务管理系统,小灵通管理系统采用同一数据库,便于做数据接口,实现数据传递。系统的核心是与本地计费系统、电信综合业务管理系统、UT小灵通系统都存在接口,需要将三个数据库中不同格式但相关的数据转化为本系统数据资料,同时查询功能也是系统的核心之一,在系统中既有单条件查询和多条件查询,也有精确查询和模糊查询,系统不仅有静态的条件查询,也有动态生成的条件查询,其目的都是为了方便用户使用。系统有完整的用户添加、删除和密码修改功能,并具备报表打印功能。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景,所要完成的功能和开发的过程,重点说明了系统的设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。小灵通自动停开机与客户分析系统可以实现每月小灵通用户的自动停开机,并且可以通过此系统对客户信息进行管理与分析,用最低的费用最短的时间提供尽可能精确、可靠的信息,以便使决策者选择最佳的实施方案,极大地提高客户信息管理的效率,以提高企业的经济效益,同时也有助于实现企业的科学化、正规化管理,是企业与世界接轨的体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system is mainly to realize Little Smart auto-putting-into-service and auto-service-ceasing, to analyze data with designated data formula, to help clients predict future and completely and timely provide all levels of management organization necessary data and different form report so as to reduce the time of analysis and decision-making.The Little Smart (PHS) auto-putting-into-service and auto-service-ceasing and client analysis system adopts ASP+ database with a WEB operating terminal and no installation client-end. It is highly opening with IP limit and worker ID number and password limit for security management. The database adopts Oracle9i, and billing and telecommunication integrated operational management system. Little smart management adopts the same database so as to make data port and realize data transfer. The core of the System is having ports with all three of local billing, telecommunication integrated operational management system and UT little smart system so as to translate the relevant data in their database which are in different formats into data information of the System. Query function is another core of the system. There are single-conditional and multi-conditional query, accurate and vague query, and static and dynamic query. The aims of them are all convenient for clients. The System has the functions of adding, deleting, password modifying and form printing functions. The thesis mainly introduces the development background, functions needed to be developed and development process of the project, mainly explains the main points of system design, design idea and difficulties and solutions.The Little Smart (PHS) auto-putting-into-service and auto-service-ceasing and client analysis system could realize auto-putting-into-service and auto-service-ceasing of Little Smart every month and manage and analyze client’s information so as to provide most accurate and reliable information with minimum cost in shortest time for decision-maker to choose optimal plan and improve the management efficiency of client’s information, which will improve company’s economic benefit and realize scientific and normalized management.更多还原
