【摘要】 从全球经济一体化的角度来看,离岸外包已经是大势所趋,日益成为企业界关注的热点。离岸外包作为一种商业概念和企业战略,正在全球各个产业领域流行开来。在全球化和知识经济迅途发展的今天,企业所面临的竞争环境比以往任何时候都要复杂得多,传统的纵向一体化企业已不能再适应新的环境而走向衰落,随之“Do what you do best,outsource the rest”成为企业管理的一个新理念而迅速崛起。离岸外包正在成为世界商业发展的趋势,外包战略也正在成为企业发展的一种重要战略工具。跨国公司作为离岸外包的主要实践者和受益者,其全球外包业务对母国和东道国经济正在产生日益重要的影响。本文从理论与实践两种角度,全面阐述离岸外包的动因和对组织结构的再造以及对竞争优势的获取过程,显然有着重要的现实意义。全文共分五章。在第一章引言中,揭示了离岸外包产生的背景和基本动因,介绍了国内外学者在理论上和实践上对离岸外包进行的不同程度的研究和探讨。第二章运用价值链分析工具分析了离岸外包全球价值链的形成,并在此基础上集中分析了离岸外包企业组织结构的新特点,认为这一切变化都是离岸外包企业的战略决策过程和追求竞争优势的必然结果。第三章根据波特(Michael Porter)界定的模式,从差异化和低成本战略这两条构成竞争优势的基本途径,分析了在离岸外包战略中竞争优势的获取。第四章通过对典型案例的分析,总结了离岸外包的成功经验和潜在不足,这些对我国的外包企业都具有重要的启示意义。在此基础上,针对我国离岸服务外包的现状,在宏观和微观两个方面提出了建议。同时强调,在现阶段离岸外包扩大的情况下,通过学习和利用跨国公司在我国发展离岸外包带来的竞争和示范作用,促进我国企业成长的同时,应鼓励和支持更多的企业走出去,培育自己的核心竞争力,取得竞争优势。第五章结论对全文进行了总结,并展望了未来进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Offshore-outsourcing will be developing and becoming much focus in the points of the world economic structure. As business conceptive and corporation policy. offshore-outsourcing is influencing in all kinds of property. The circumstances of Corporation comparison become multiply as world developing economic and traditional direction whole part corporation are declining. "Do what you do best, outsource the rest "become a new conception of corporation manage. Offshore-outsourcing will become the developing of the world business. offshore-outsourcing strategy is becoming a important instrument as offshore-outsourcing practice. transnational corporation is produce more important influence to national corporation and part corporation.
