【摘要】 在全球化加速发展的今天,完全与移民活动无关的国家几乎不存在了,国际移民问题已成为21世纪面临的全球性问题。随着国际移民对各国的政治、经济、文化等诸多方面的影响愈加深广,对移民问题的研究在许多国家的国际事务中变得益发重要。目前国内外关于移民的研究很多,但是很多专著或者学术论文在提及移民输入国时,却很少涉及阿根廷。对于福清这个福建省的主要移民输出地来说,近年来20万的新移民主要分布地区便是日本、南非、阿根廷、英国和欧洲各国。最初前往阿根廷的福清人,本没有落地生根的意愿。除了因为各种原因没有实现最初迁移目标而滞留拉美的,对于主动选择居留于此的福清人来说,阿根廷的吸引力到底是什么是很有研究价值的。而居留于阿根廷的福清人几乎都选择超市业作为生存发展、累积资本创造财富的手段,他们在某种程度上已经具备了“投资移民”的内涵,这个极具典型意义的现象,也勾勒出旅阿福清人与众不同的生存样态。阿根廷的福清新移民一方面关注、了解家乡的经济建设和社会发展状况,另一方面也向家乡人传达很多海外信息,他们成为家乡与海外沟通的桥梁和纽带。作为跨国的人口迁移活动,阿根廷的中国新移民不可避免地对中国和阿根廷及中阿关系产生一定的影响。作为阿根廷华人社团翘楚的福清同乡会,因人数众多,凝聚力、向心力较强,在阿根廷具有一定的影响力。在反台独促统一的活动中,他们表现得相当活跃。而且这些华人社团一般都与所在国的政府联系密切,可以以其为纽带,密切中阿两国各方面的交流、发展,互惠互利。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of globalization, there aren’t any countries that totally have nothing to do with the migratory activities. The study on migratory problems seems more important in the international affairs of many countries.The international migratory questions have already become the 21st century’s global problem. The domestic and international researches about migrants are numerous at present. There is few monograph or scientific paper about Argentina. 200,000 new emigrants from Fujian Province distribute themselves over Japan, South Africa, Argentina, Britain and Europe.At first, the people from Fuqing to Argentina are only attracted by their loose immigration policies. A lot of people in Fuqing who originally want to go to countries such as the United States and Japan regard Argentina as their springboard. So the initial people don’t want to take root. To people who choose to reside voluntarily, what on earth is the appeal of Argentina? The people who reside in Argentina nearly all launch supermarkets. This phenomenon is representative.On the one hand, Fuqing’s emigrants in Argentina center their attention on the economic construction and social development of their hometown. On the other hand, they help countrymen know overseas information. They become the bridge of communication between hometown and overseas.The Chinese new emigrants of Argentina have a full impact on the relationship between China and Argentina. The association of Fuqing’s countrymen has an influence on Argentinian society. It will deepen the exchange, development and mutual benefit between China and Argentina.更多还原
