【摘要】 随着世界石油经济的飞速发展,“低油价时代”的终结和“石油冲击”预示着世界业已进入由以石油及天然气等非再生能源为主导的传统经济体制,加快向以非自生能源为主的新的经济体制战略转变新时期。中国作为能源生产和消费大国,需要坚持科学的发展观,致力建设节约型和谐社会,大力节约能源保护环境,以解全面建设小康社会遭遇资源短缺的瓶颈。大连港集团作为中国三大油品转运港口之一,如何适应新时期港口及石油经济的发展需要,在保障国家石油供应安全的同时,发展壮大自身的油品转运业务,是一个具有现实意义的重要课题。本文基于战略管理理论,针对港口行业特点,对大连港集团油品业务内外部环境进行了系统分析,运用SWOT分析,对大连港集团油品转运业务的优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行明确。提出了大连港集团油品业务战略定位、战略目标,并提出相关战略实施措施。本文通过对大连港集团油品业务发展战略的实证研究,在学术上追求探寻一套适合多货种港口企业业务发展战略研究的思路、方法,丰富港口企业业务发展战略研究的思想,为今后港口企业业务发展战略研究提供一个有益的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the world oil economy, the ending of ’low oil price era’ and ’petroleum impact’ indicate that the world has entered an age that switches from the traditional economic system oriented by nonrenewable resources such as oil and gas to a new economic system oriented by renewable resources. As a large country of oil production and consumption, China needs to maintain the scientific view of development, be dedicated in building a harmonious and economical society , and spare no effort to save energy resources to protect the environment so as to solve the problem of energy shortage.As one of the three oil transportation ports of China, Dalian Port Corporation is faced with a very important and practical issue of how to adapt to the development of ports and oil economy in the new era and how to reinforce its own oil transportation business while ensuring the oil provision security of the country.Based on strategic management theories and aiming at the characteristics of port industry, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the inner and outer condition of the oil business of Dalian Port Corporation, explicitly displays the advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and threats of the oil transportation business of Dalian Port Corporation by way of SWOT analysis , and brings forward the strategic orientation, goal and relevant implementer measures of the oil transportation business of Dalian Port Corporation.Through an empirical study of the development strategy of the oil transportation business of Dalian Port Corporation, this paper seeks a set of ways and ideas fit for the development strategy of multi-cargo port businesses, enriches the ideology of the development strategy of port businesses, and provides a helpful reference for the future study of development strategy of port businesses.更多还原
