【摘要】 自进入二十一世纪以来,山东半岛城市群逐渐崛起,引起了整个山东地区的重新整合,各级城市都在积极寻找超常规的发展良机,谁能抢先一步占领制高点,各级城市,谁就能借势借力,尽享天时地利,脱颖而出。依据现代城市发展战略,城市群的各级城市,包括中心城市、节点城市等只有定位科学,布局合理,功能互补,各具特色,才能形成产业集群,无论在最终产品、上游供应及售后服务等方面都因互动而产生竞争力,从而增加市场份额。招远市作为“中国金都”,是一个个性鲜明的魅力城市,是山东半岛城市群和山东半岛制造业基地的重要节点,随着国内黄金产业政策的战略性调整,面临着前所未有的发展机遇。论文对招远市经济社会发展做了较为全面的研究。分析了招远市经济社会发展研究的背景和必要性。招远市社会经济发展现状及环境分析,对“十五”以来的招远市社会经济发展状况作了介绍,分析了招远市社会经济发展面临的环境和发展特点。研究招远市城市发展规划,城市产业发展对策,城市发展方向,总体布局等,并对城市发展中的住房建设发展作了较深入的研究。分析了招远市工业运行的特点和存在的问题,提出实施打造强企业名牌的“393”工程,实施优化结构的三大“梯次推进”工程的工业发展思路,研究招远市工业发展措施。研究招远市社会发展规划,包括建设社会主义新农村推进农村城镇化进程,推进产业结构优化升级转变经济增长方式,实施城乡一体化、经济国际化和人才强市战略,深化体制改革促进农经济体制转轨,坚持以人为本、构建和谐社会等,提出大力发展循环经济,建设资源节约型社会等社会发展思路。更多还原
