【摘要】 随着我国经济快速发展和城市化率不断提高,以及对节能环保不断加强,各地对城市供水的需求和标准不断提高,污水处理和中水回用的发展速度也不断加快,由此带来不断增长的投资需求,水务行业也成为新兴起的朝阳产业。而随着水务行业的市场化改革,引入竞争机制,放开了对外资和私人资本的市场准入,各路资本纷纷进入国内水务市场。本人就职的河北省建设投资公司也将水务行业列为公司未来发展的方向之一,力图将水务行业培育成为公司新的利润增长点。水务行业是与人民生活和经济发展密切相关的基础行业,是经济和社会发展的载体。它的发展水平在一定程度上代表着一个城市的现代化水平,也是实现城市健康发展的关键。我国是贫水国,水资源和水环境已制约了国民经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。河北是一个水资源匮乏的省份,水务行业的市场化改革也在不断深入,其资源状况和行业特征在国内具有一定的典型性。随着河北省经济发展和城市化率的提高,居民用水量必将大幅增加,这给城市水务市场带来了非常严峻的压力和挑战,同时也为行业发展提供了新的动力和机遇。未来河北省一方面需要加强水资源保护、节约水资源,另一方面需要提高现有水务企业的经营效率,这两方面都是实现水务行业可持续发展必不可少的因素,同时也是当前国内的热点领域。对河北省城市水务行业的发展进行研究,对河北省的经济和社会发展、水务行业市场化改革有具重要意义,同时对于水务行业投资者也很有必要。因此本文选择河北省城市水务行业作为研究对象,对构成水务行业的要素进行逐一分析,并且通过分析水务行业的投资需求,重点分析了其中的投资机会。通过对这些分析和展望,以期对河北省的经济和社会发展、水务行业市场化改革以及水务行业投资者有一定的借鉴。文章共分六个部分:第一章绪论,简要分析选题的背景和意义、文章的研究内容和框架结构、以及研究方法等。第二章对河北省水务行业存在和发展所依赖的经济社会背景、资源基础和政策环境进行了分析。第三章从供水和污水处理两方面分析了河北省城市水务行业的现状。第四章分析了全省市场供需平衡状况,并据此分析了未来全省水务市场的投资需求。第五章结合案例对上一章中的投资机会进行了经济分析。第六章对河北水务行业的市场投资格局进行了分析,提出了投资者进入水务行业的战略路径,最后总结了河北水务行业的发展前景,并作出结论要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid economy growth and increasing urbanization, China faces higher demands for water supply and water qualification, the waste water treatment and reuse industry also grows up quickly. More and more capital flows into the rising industry. At the same time, with the reformation of water industry, the government tries to bring competition in it and opens the door to foreign and private investor, these make the water industry hotter than before. The Hebei Construction Investment Corporation that the author works in also placed the water industry as one of it’s long-term strateges in order to foster it as a new profit growth point.Water is a basic industry which has tight relation with people’s life and economy, it’s the carrier of the social development. The modernization and the healthy development of a city depends highly on it. Chinese water resource is scarcity compare to the international average level and this now constrains the national economy development and people’s living standard. In Hebei, the water resource is scarcity even, the character of water resource and the water industry in Hebei is typical in China.The city water market now faces more pressure and challenge with the growth of water demand which comes from the economy development and increasing urbanization. To achieve the sustainable development of water industry, Hebei will has to intensify the resource protection and improve the operation efficiency of the water company, both are absolutely necessary and both is the hot field in China. So it’s necessary to Hebei’s economy and social development and the water industry reformation and the investor to make deep research in water industry in Hebei.So the author chooses Hebei’s water industry as the research object and analyzes the basic factors in the industry. Through the analyse of the investment demand, the article has a deep research on the investment chance in it. All the contents in the article will be a good use for reference for the Hebei’s economy and social development and the water industry reformation and the investor. There are six chapters in the article:First chapter is the introduction.which makes a brief analyze on the background and the significance, the research content and the frame, the research method.The second chapter analyzes the water industry’s background of economy and social, the resource basis and the policy environment.The third chapter is the status analyze of the water industry in water supply and waste water treatment, the water company in the industry is also concluded.The forth chapter makes a research on the market balance in Hebei, and concludes the investment demand in the future.The fifth chapter makes an economy analyze on the investment chance in the forth chapter.The sixth chapter analyzes the investment situation in Hebei’s water industry and strategy root into the water industry for the investor.
