【摘要】 西方国家集合住宅发展的时间较长,水平较高,其中法国便是一个很具有代表性的国家。经过百余年的发展,法国集合住宅已经达到了较高的水平,形成了较为完善的集合住宅建设与发展体系。为了理清法国集合住宅发展的脉络,本文对于法国集合住宅的研究并没有仅仅局限于集合住宅范围内,而是以时间为线索,将视角扩展到19世纪中期至今各历史时期法国的社会背景、城市规划法规、住房政策等宏观领域,从“社会背景”、“理论探索”、“政策引导”、“实践开发”四个方面对法国集合住宅进行分析研究。纵观法国集合住宅发展的这一百年,不论是工业革命、两次世界大战还是轰轰烈烈的现代主义运动或是方兴未艾的后现代主义思潮,法国的集合住宅总是能从中吸取营养,并在历史的渐进中通过不断的探索和实践得到全方面的发展和完善,并形成了较为完善的集合住宅建设发展体系。目前我国正处于大规模的城市化进程中,并且由于我国所处的经济发展阶段和人多地少的现实情况,集合住宅已成为城市中最主要的居住形式。但是当前在我国的集合住宅发展中还存在着许多善待解决的问题,而其中许多问题都是法国在过去的集合住宅发展过程中曾经经历过的。本文力图通过对法国集合住宅建设与发展的研究,以期对我国集合住宅的建设发展起到一定的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amalgamated dwellings in Western countries development takes longer, a higher level, of which France is a very representative of the country. After more than 100 years of development, the French residential collection has reached a higher level, formed a relatively complete set of housing construction and development system. In order to sort out the French collection of residential development context, the paper collection for French house study did not merely confined to the collection of residential areas, but in time for clues, will be expanded to view the mid-19th century has been the historical period of the French social background, the Town Planning laws and regulations, housing policy and other macro areas, from the "social background" and "theoretical exploration", "policy guidance" and "practice development," the French collection of four residential analysis studies.In the last one hundred years, no matter how the history and sociality change, amalgamated dwellings in France has get a continuous development, and reached a high level, with the system of amalgamated dwellings getting more and more effective.At present, China is in the process of urbanization, and because of our country is in the stage of economic development ,and the reality that people more than the and, the amalgamated dwellings has become a main living forms residential in the it. But there are still many treat the problem in current situation of amalgamated dwellings, and many of these issues are a collection of problem that France has happened in the past. This paper seeks through learning the experience of construction and development in Amalgamated dwellings in France; it can play a positive role in construction and development to the Amalgamated dwellings in our country.更多还原
