灰色系统理论在城市轨道交通自动驾驶的应用研究

【摘要】 近年来,世界许多城市在“公交优先”的发展战略指导下,城市轨道交通的建设逐步推向了高潮。在这一背景下,城市轨道交通列车自动控制系统的探索非常活跃,产生了丰硕的成果。列车自动驾驶系统(Automatic Train OperationSystem,ATO)是列车自动控制系统(以下简称列控系统)中重要的一部分,它的主要功能是模拟司机完成驾驶列车的任务,使列车处于最佳运行状态。论文总结了前人研究ATO算法的经验,并分析了其不足之处。论文对ATO系统功能需求进行分析并对灰色系统理论进行研究。在分析ATO的特点的基础上,证明了ATO系统是一个灰色系统,进而说明灰色系统理论的一些优势能够在ATO控制方面进行发挥,能够弥补前人的一些不足之处。在论证灰色系统理论可用于ATO的基础上,提出了基于灰色系统理论的ATO控制算法。论文在明确ATO要完成的任务和所能得到的信息资源之后,把ATO的功能进行模块化分解,细化各模块的输入、输出及功能。运用灰色系统理论的方法实现各模块。灰色系统理论中序列算子生成、灰色预测、灰色决策等方法使得各模块的功能得以实现。然后综合各模块,使之成为一个相对独立的系统,能够与列控系统中其他子系统进行联结与合作,从而设计出基于灰色系统理论的ATO。论文最后对系统进行仿真。在对列车、线路等进行建模后,使“基于灰色系统理论的ATO”与目前较为成熟的“基于模糊控制策略的ATO”进行对比检验。从停车精度、准时性和旅客舒适性三个方面对两种控制方法进行对比。引入相关参数使控制效果量化,用量化的数据证明基于灰色系统理论的ATO的有效性。仿真结果证明了论文所设计的系统在工作流程、功能模块划分、控制策略、算法设计的合理性和正确性。为下一步的继续探索奠定了基础,也可为其他控制方法在ATO中的实现启迪思路。
【Abstract】 Recently , under the strategy of "Public Traffic First", many cities in the world constructed urban railway actively. In this background, the research on Automatic Train Control System (ATC) is up and doing and its fruit is plentiful and substantial. Automatic Train Operation System (ATO) is an important part of Automatic Train Control System. Its primary function is operating the train like a driver, insuring that the train is in the best state.Experience from former researchers has been summarized and the disadvantages also have been analyzed in this paper. The function and the purpose of ATO have been analyzed and Grey System Theory has been investigated. After the characteristic has been analyzed, the conclusion that ATO is a grey system has been confirmed. So, the superiority of grey theory can be exerted in ATO. And the insufficiency of former research can be offset in a measure.After the combining of Grey system theory and ATO has been proved to be reasonable, a new mode or ATO has been pointed out, that is ATO using Grey theory. When the information can be attained and the missions of ATO have been found out, ATO has been plotted in many sections. All the sections have been designed concretely based the Grey System Theory. The Grey Forecasting, the Grey decision-making and other parts of Grey System Theory have been used to built modules of ATO. All modules have been united to be an integrity system which can cooperate with other parts of ATC. The ATO based on Grey System Theory has been accomplished.The ATO based on Grey System Theory has been simulated. After making modeling for train and line, ATO based on Grey System Theory has compared with ATO based on Fuzzy Control. The comparing is on the following parameter : Punctuality, Precision of train stop , and comfort of passengers. Parameters have been introduced to quantify the effect of ATO. The rationality and the correctness have been confirmed by simulation. It improves the new ATO system is doable, this paper can be a basic for the following research.
