高等级公路沥青路面施工质量控制技术研究

【摘要】 目前,我国高等级公路建设发展迅速,而且随着车流量不断增加及人们出行质量水平的提高,对沥青路面的路用性能及品质要求越来越严格。在保证沥青路面基本技术指标的前提下,要求我们在项目建设中,全面把握质量控制过程,有必要对高等级沥青路面施工质量控制技术进一步分析研究,优化控制方法。本文针对施工现场和内业分析两方面,从影响沥青路面施工质量的主要因素入手,结合实体工程,介绍了原材料、混合料、机械设备以及施工工艺等实际质量控制,深入细节,对施工质量控制方法进行了系统研究。研究表明,从原材料质量控制开始,正确的加工方式、合理的机械配置、成熟的施工工艺以及优化的质量监测分析方法,结合良好的管理模式,是构筑高等级沥青路面质量控制系统的必要元素。
【Abstract】 At present, high-grade highway construction of our country is developing rapidly, meanwhile vehicle flow is increasing and quality of people ’ s trip is improving, which are more and more strict with pavement performances and quality requirements of asphalt pavements. By the premise of ensuring technique index of asphalt pavements, it is necessary to comprehensively grasp quality control process during item construction and further analyze and study for construction quality control of high-grade asphalt pavements, to optimize control methods.According to two sides construction site and interior work analysis, from the key influencing factors of construction quality for asphalt pavements, combining with entitative engineering, this thesis introduces raw and processed materials、mixture、machine equipments and construction technology etc practical quality controls, which is deepening details, and this thesis carries through systematic study for methods of construction quality control.Studies indicate, combining with good management model, beginning with quality control raw and processed materials, right processing methods、reasonable machinery allocation、mature construction technology and analysis methods of optimization quality monitoring are necessary elements for quality control system of high-grade asphalt pavements.
