【摘要】 为适应我国公路交通运输发展的需要,及时排除汽车在行驶中的突发故障,汽车维修救援行业应运而生并迅速兴起。保障并推动公路交通运输一体化的稳定和迅速发展,汽车维修救援的网络化运作势在必行。但我国汽车维修行业发展不平衡,汽车维修服务水平不高,特别是汽车维修救援刚刚起步,不能满足人民对汽车维修救援个性化服务日益增长的需求。如何尽快建立起科学、规范的汽车维修救援服务网络,完善汽车维修救援市场服务功能,是当前汽车维修行业亟待解决的难题。基于对国内外汽车维修救援行业运作模式的分析,论文探讨了我国汽车维修救援运作模式的网络化建设,其主要工作和取得的研究成果有:(1)系统分析了汽车维修救援网络的外界环境和自身因素,对网络化救援服务的类型及其政府在汽车维修救援网络体系中的作用进行了研究。(2)综合分析了我国对汽车维修救援网络的需求。针对各地经济、汽车维修救援服务水平发展不平衡等因素,提出了五种汽车维修救援网络运作模式,并对网络的布局、运作和保障等方面进行了研究。(3)通过对山西省汽车维修救援网络课题的研究,深入探讨了适合山西省公路交通运输需求的汽车维修救援网络建设方案,内容涉及运作模式、网络布局、实施运作、组织体系等方面。经过2年多的运作,该方案取得了显著的效果,说明论文研究的内容具有很高的实用性和推广性。论文的主要创新点:基于对汽车维修救援网络市场需求的分析,结合我国各地经济、汽车维修救援服务发展水平不平衡的现状,研究了汽车维修救援网络的运作模式及其构建,为汽车维修救援网络运营管理和发展提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To satisfy with the requirement for the development of the highway transportation in our nation, the automobile service rescue trade is born and it develops quickly. It can solve the paroxysmal malfunction of the automobile under steam in time. In order to ensure and promote the incorporate development for the highway transportation, the operational network mode is imperative under the situation. But the development of automobile service is imbalanced, and the level of the automobile service is low in our nation. Expressly, the automobile service rescue just begins to develop, which dissatisfies with the people’s increasing requirement for the automobile service rescue. How to establish a scientific and standard automobile service rescue network and perfect the function of automobile service rescue, is the problem that urgently needs to be solved at present. Based on analyzing the operational mode for the automobile service rescue at home and abroad, the network construction for the automobile service rescue is discussed in this thesis. The main work and accomplishment in this thesis are as follows:(1) The outside environments and own factors are analyzed systematically for the automobile service rescue network. The type of the network service rescue and the governmental role in the automobile service rescue network are studied.(2) The requirement for the automobile service rescue network is analyzed synthetically. Owing to the imbalance of the development level in economy and automobile service rescue, five operational modes are presented for the automobile service rescue network. And the layout, the operation and the guarantee of the network are studied.(3) Based on the study on the project of the automobile service rescue network in Shanxi province, network construction project of the automobile service rescue is deeply discussed, which adapts to the requirement of the highway transportation for Shanxi province.The content in this project relates to the operational mode, network layout, implementation operation and organizational system, and so on. After more two years of the operation, this project achieved significant results, which indicate the study in this thesis has very high practicability and generality. Among the main innovation: Based on analyzing market demand and development level for automobile service rescue network in our nation, the operational mode and construction for the automobile service rescue network are studied, which provides the basis for the operational management and the development of the automobile service rescue network.更多还原
