建筑企业成本控制影响评价体系和应用研究

【摘要】 成本控制是建筑企业项目管理的核心内容之一,成本控制的效果直接关系到企业的经济效益,通过成本控制可以减少和杜绝企业中的浪费现象,节约社会和经济资源。项目的成本控制是企业管理的基础和核心,是一项综合性的系统经营管理工作。做好项目的成本控制工作,必然促进企业经营、物资管理、资金管理、科技管理等各项工作的进一步开展,从而促使企业经营管理水平进一步提高。本文在对当前施工项目成本控制现状进行综合分析的基础上,就施工项目成本控制的原则、依据、内容、程序、成本控制的措施等进行了论述,提出了施工项目成本控制影响因素的指标体系,并用模糊综合评判法对该指标体系进行了评判,在此基础上,综合考虑工期、成本、质量因素,应用成本控制优化模型,对施工项目成本进行控制。项目成本控制是一项系统工程,要围绕成本控制这个中心,合理设置控制目标,明确成本控制责任,并分解和落实到各有关责任单位和个人。努力构建包括各部门、各环节直至全体施工人员的项目成本控制体系,实施全体人员、全过程的全面控制,促进施工项目技术和管理水平的全面提高。
【Abstract】 The cost control is one of the core content in the construction enterprise project management. The effect of the cost control directly relates to the economic benefit of the construction enterprise. Through the cost control can reduce and stop the wasted phenomenon in the enterprise, economize the limited social and economic resources. The project cost control is the foundation and core of the enterprise management and a synthetic system management work. Work well the project cost control, inevitable promote the enterprise management, material management, funds management and technology management various work to develop, then urging the enterprise management level raise further.This paper discusses about the principles, objects, contents, links, the ways of reducing the cost and so on, on the basis of analyzing the cost control of the present construction project. Educed the index system about the effects of construction cost control, use fuzzy synthetically evaluate model to evaluate the index system. At last, use the cost control optimizes model, synthesizing considerate time, cost and quality factors, to control the project cost.The project cost control is a system project, and then we must take the cost control as the center, set up a reasonable control goal and make responsibilities for cost control clear, divide them and allot them to individual. The enterprise should manage to build the cost control system including every apartment, all staff’ and the whole course, in order to promote the advancement of project management level.
