基于心电反馈的注意缺陷伴多动障碍矫治系统设计

【摘要】 注意缺陷伴多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)是儿童和青少年常见的行为问题之一。目前对ADHD的治疗可以分为药物治疗和非药物治疗,药物治疗作用有限且有一定副作用,非药物治疗方法中行为治疗因其疗效明显且无副作用而逐渐受到重视。生物反馈疗法是行为治疗法中的前沿技术具有很大的应用前景,心电反馈是众多生物反馈疗法中实现成本较低的一种。本文提出了一种基于心电反馈的ADHD矫治系统设计方法。本文首先分析了HRV与ADHD之间的关系,介绍了一种HRV分析方法,包括心电信号的R点检测和对R-R间期采用散点图法分析,从而提取出一个能够表征注意力集中度的参量,然后结合心电反馈法构造了整个矫治系统。整体的心电反馈矫治系统包括硬件和软件两大部分,硬件部分主要实现心电信号的采集、预处理以及A/D转换传输功能。软件部分主要实现心电信号的还原显示、存储、HRV分析和游戏矫治功能。经过初步测试表明,本系统可基本达到预期设计目的。

【Abstract】 Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of common behavioral problems in children and adolescent. The treatment of ADHD can be divided into drug treatment and non-drug treatment. Drug treatment plays a limited role and has some side effects, non-drug treatment of behavior therapy gradually be taken seriously because of its apparent efficacy without the side effects. Biofeedback therapy as one cutting-edge technology of behavioral therapy has great application prospect. Electrocardiogram (ECG) feedback as one of the many biofeedback therapys achieves a lower cost. The purpose of this thesis is to design a ADHD therapy system which is based on ECG feedback.The relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and ADHD has been dealt with in this thesis, and a method of HRV analysis has been proposed. It includes R wave detection of heart rate signal and scatter diagram of R-R intervals. Then it puts forward a parameter of attention which can indicate the degree of concentration. With ECG feedback therapy method, this thesis gives a design of ADHD therapy system The whole system includes two parts, hardware and software part. The hardware part is devoted to heart rate signal acquirement and preprocessment, A/D convertion and signal transmition. The software part includes display, store original heart rate signal, HRV analysis and ECG feedback therapy game.An initial analysis of the system has been made with satisfactory results.
