【摘要】 伴随着经济的持续健康发展,我省职业培训教育呈蓬勃发展的势头。职业培训教育在迅速发展的同时面临很多实际问题,如资源短缺,教育和管理质量急待提高等等。陕西工程科技技工学校是陕西职业培训机构的典型代表。通过对陕西工程科技技工学校发展战略的研究,对于增强学校核心竞争力,推动学校以至行业院校持续健康发展具有重大意义。职业培训机构发展战略的确立,是一个科学性、系统性极强的工作,要尊重教育自身的发展规律;要树立持续健康的科学发展观;要从国家经济社会发展的全局出发,依据国家有关职业教育的规划和政策,充分考虑激烈竞争的职业教育的市场实际,结合自身条件,把握现实,洞察未来,找准位置,形成特色。文章借用“企业和战略分析”理论,运用能力理论、核心竞争力理论和发展战略理论的相关知识,分析陕西工程科技技工学校内、外部环境因素,找出影响学校发展的根本问题,提出学校未来发展的基本理念、基本思路和发展战略。学校必须确立明确的教育目的,处理好规模、效益和质量之间的关系,走从外延扩张到内涵发展的道路,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地并获得长远的发展。文章从三个方面探讨学校的发展战略,一、学校发展战略的规划设计;二、学校发展战略实施;三、学校发展战略的保障。陕西工程科技技工学校发展战略的研究,对于增强学校核心竞争力,保证学校持续、稳定、健康发展具有重大意义。对同行业其它院校发展有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the healthy and sustained development of economic, the professional training and education also has a greatly development in Shaanxi province. However, in the rapid development of the professional training and education, it faces many practical problems, such as the shortage of resources, improvement of education and management quality and so forth. Shaanxi Engineering and Scientific Technical School is a typical representative of the professional training and education. Doing research in strategy of Shaanxi Engineering and Scientific Technical School has great meaning. Not only can it enhancing its core competitiveness but also can promote the school’s, even the education institutions’ sustained and healthy development.The establish of the professional training and education development strategy is a highly scientific and systematic task. It requests to respect the own law of education; to establish a sustainable and healthy concept of scientific development and to start from the national economic and social development. Based on the relevant national professional education plan and policy, giving full consideration to the highly competitive market, and its own conditions, then it is capable to catch the reality, see the future, find your right location and form your feature. Using the knowledge about enterprise and strategy analysis theory, capability theory, core competitive theory and development strategy theory, this paper analysis the internal and external environmental factors of Shaanxi Engineering and Scientific Technical School and find the problem which influences the school’s development, the basic ideas and strategies about the future development of the School. School should make sure its education purpose, handle well the relationship among scale, efficiency and quality. To access long-term development, the school should choose the extensive expansion road in the fierce competition. This paper discusses the school’s development strategy from three aspects: its planning, its importance and its implementation.Doing the research on develop strategy of Shaanxi Engineering and Scientific Technical School is helpful to enhancing competitiveness and guarantee its sustained, stable and healthy development.
