我国研究型大学通识教育实施策略
General Education and Implementing the Strategy in Our Research University

【摘要】 本文综合运用了历史文献研究法、比较研究法等多种方法,在对通识教育的思想起源、发展及国内外研究型大学通识教育实施状况进行分析的基础上,立足本国研究型大学的实际,在不改变当前专业教育大背景的前提下,提出了当前我国研究型大学有效实施通识教育的策略问题。本文首先阐释了通识教育的内涵,指出通识教育并不是所谓的“通通都识”,其目的是关注“人”的培养,关注“人”在学校应接受的教育以及“人”今后可能发生的行为,其目的是为了“塑造一个具有人性的、真正的人”,即“全人”。在具体的实施上,本文认为:我国研究型大学首先应切实贯彻“‘通识’为本、‘专识’为用”的通识教育整合理念,实施“双主教育”模式,即将“通识教育”作为研究型大学教育活动开展的主体,以专业教育作为研究型大学教育实施的主导性活动。在此基础上,建立专门的通识教育行政机构,通过高效的行政运作、健全的组织管理制度、充足的经费保障,以及高水平“通识化”的教师队伍建设,科学的课程体系、“全员责任意识”的文化校园建设等,全方位的重视、投入、调动、实施,来保证通识教育的有效开展。
【Abstract】 This paper uses several kinds of methods, such as historical literature analysis and compare research methods. Based on the analysis to the origin and development of general education as well as the implementation condition of research universities’general education at home and abroad, being with a view to the actuality of the research universities in our country, on the premise of not changing the situation of major education, this paper put forward the strategies for research universities to effectively implement general education in our China.First of all, this paper explain the connotation of general education, and indicate that general education is not that so-called“learning all”, but that we should pay attention to the talents’cultivation, the education which individual should accept and his behavior for the future, so that we can cultivate talents with multi-qualities , namely , the comprehensive-development individuals.On the concrete implementation, this paper consider that: in the first place , the research universities in our country should set up the conformable ideal on general education , that is base on‘general education’aided with‘major education’implement the educational model of student central-teacher guiding. It is a kind of educational model like this: with major education as the guiding pedagogical activity, general education is the principal part of pedagogical activities in research universities. Based on this, we should construct major administrative institutions , by the effective administrative operation , perfect organizational management system, sufficient funds, as well as the high-quality faculty with general educational idea, scientific curriculum system,‘whole staff obligation consciousness’culture-type campus and so on, Omni-directionally attach importance to general education, so that make sure the effective implement of general education.
