基于本体的信息集成研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络信息管理在企业的广泛应用和大量信息数据的不断积累,企业对于信息集成的需求也日渐强烈。在XML及其相关技术发展成熟的背景下,对于企业信息集成的研究也逐渐成为研究热点。本论文的主要研究内容就是通过利用本体,XML和XQuery等技术,来探讨一种基于本体的信息集成的实现方式。本文首先介绍了信息集成研究的背景和相关研究的现状,介绍了当前信息集成系统的成熟的3中体系结构,并将它们进行了比较。通过分析信息集成中面临的问题,介绍本体的概念和它在信息集成中发挥的作用:描述公共语义,作为查询模型和进行关系推理。通过对信息集成系统架构的总体要求的总结,作者根据Wrapper/Mediator方式,设计出基于本体的信息集成系统架构,并分析该架构的特点。最后根据系统的架构图,讨论了系统实现中用到的关键技术,并在以上内容的基础上设计实现了一个基于本体的信息集成系统的实例,同时详细阐述了系统对于信息集成的处理过程。本文的核心内容包括采用OWL语言来构建全局本体模型,总结出通常的构建规则,利用关系数据库和XML数据源的模式信息构建数据源的映射层的实现,在用户接口定义了类似SQL语法的用户查询语言,以及查询处理的步骤:首先对用户查询语句进行解析,再对解析出来用户查询变量在本体模型中进行绑定,绑定的结果是将查询变量和本体模型中的概念或属性一一对应起来,然后根据绑定结果考虑是否进行查询分解,绑定和查询分解产生的结果是查询执行计划,根据计划再在各个数据源提取数据,最后整理这些数据给出用户查询结果。本文在最后通过测试实例来验证了基于本体的信息集成的方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the wide application of Computer Information System in many companies and rapid accumulation of useful company business data which are required to be integrated be base of new development of company,the request of integrating information from different sources is becoming intense.As the development of XML technology ,the research about integration of heterogenous data source is becoming a hotspot.This paper is trying to research on integration of heterogenous data based on technologies such as ontology,XML and XQuery.This paper introduces the background of information integration reasech and the status quo of this research first.It also analyses the problems faced in process of integrating,introduces the concept of ontology and give an explanation about how ontology model plays an important role in the process of integrating. On the basis of the above,the author concludes the request of an integration system framework, introduces the system framework based on ontology model.In this paper, the author develops a prototype system and give a test based on an ontology model instance.The core content is how to process global query,the author gives the details in each step:first,system get the user query request,analyse the query sentence;next step is binding the variables in the sentence to the concepts or attributes in the ontology model, then system decides whether to decompose the query for complete binding;next step is making the query execute plan on data sources on the base of binding results;system extract useful data from data sources according to the plan ,finally system cleans up and assembles these data as query result.In the last part of this paper,the author demonstrate a query instance and prove the feasibility of the method in the paper.
