【摘要】 随着我国改革开放和经济一体化进程的不断深入,企业赖以生存的环境日益激烈。企业外部环境日益复杂化,给企业的长期可持续发展提出了许多新的难题。我国勘察设计行业企业尤其如此。企业发展战略关系企业未来发展的前途和命运。因此制定出一套针对企业自身特点、切实可行的发展战略是企业运作成功的关键。所以本文以相关理论为基础,从分析国际、国内勘察设计行业发展现状和重钢集团设计院(CISGDI)的现状入手,并结合企业生存的外部环境,通过SWOT分析,找到了CISGDI在发展过程中存在的众方面的问题:即部分领域市场竞争力弱、业务结构不完整、人力资源水平亟待提升、企业技术创新水平较低以及企业体制陈旧等方面。接着针对CISGDI目前存在的问题,提出针对性的改进建议,即推行市场竞争战略、加强业务结构的完善、加大人力资源的引进和培养力度、培育企业核心竞争力和实行企业体制改革,文章最后还提出了企业发展的目标体系。希望通过本文的写作能给CISGDI的发展带来一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the course of reform, opening and global economic integration deepening, the environment factors that enterprises facing become more drastic competitively. The complication of enterprises face offers many new problems about how to keep long-term and continually development in the competitions. Reconnaissance and design industry especially show like this. The corporation development strategy links its future and fate. So the key step is draft an effecting development strategy.This paper is based on related theory, firstly analyzes the present conditions of international and domestic reconnaissance and design industry and CISGDI (Chongqing Iron and Steel Design Institue) , and combine the outer condition of CISGDI, then through SWOT analysis finds some problems in the corporation strategy of the company. For example, the market competion energy in some area is weakly, the business constrution is not integrate, the human resource level is demand to be increased, the technology innovation level is lower and the company system is dated.Aim at the above mentioned problem, this paper made some mendable suggestions, those are propeling market competition strategy, perfects business constrution, increase human resouce introducing and cultivating strength, constrction nucleus competitive competence and reform the company system. At last, the paper provide a development goal system of the company. Hoping this paper can help CISGDI and promote its development.更多还原
