【摘要】 技术的发展直接关系到企业的生存与发展,关系到一个国家的经济、社会的持续发展,关系到国家的综合实力和国际竞争力的增长。如何推动技术进步已成为当代人的历史命运。技术是在多种动力的推动下产生与发展的,除了技术内部的技术目的与技术手段的矛盾运动是技术发展的内在动力外,生产发展的需要是推动技术进步的基本的和持久的社会动力,科学、艺术、宗教、政治、战争等对人类技术的发展也起着重要的作用,技术竞赛在历史上和当代也始终是作为一种重要的推动力量发挥作用的。其实,技术竞赛本身的特点决定了它对技术发展的作用。技术竞赛是以技术为主要内容的竞赛,技术竞赛具有娱乐功能,其结果具有准确性和可接受性,技术竞赛使技术检验的时间缩短,同时技术竞赛还具有很大的影响力。技术竞赛不仅是展示最新科技成果的生动窗口,也是群众和科技沟通的媒介,同时还是科学与技术的桥梁,是高科技对抗的阵地,也是培养科技人才的基地,从根本的意义上说是推动技术进步的重要途径和手段。其作用具体表现在:技术竞赛可以确立新技术的地位;技术竞赛是技术主体创作的动力;技术竞赛推动了新技术的开发和商业化应用;技术竞赛推进了科学技术普及。通过就技术竞赛对技术发展的推动作用和机制等进行系统深入的讨论和研究,可以为人们有效组织实施技术竞赛提供一定的参考和依据,为推进我国创新型国家的建设提供理论依据,同时也弥补技术发展动力理论的空白,具有一定理论的和实践的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology development has a direct influence on the survival and development of enterprises .It is also has influence on a country’s economic, social sustainable development, the country’s comprehensive strength and the growth of international competitiveness. How to promote technological progress has become the fate of the modern people history. The existence and development of technology is under a variety of driving power. In addition the contradiction between the purpose and means of technology, Production is the basic and lasting social power to promote the development of the technology. At the same time science, art, religion, politics, war, and other human development are also playing an important role. In the history and contemporary, the technology contest has always been an important driving force to the technological development.Technology contest is not only a lively window display of high-tech, but also is a communication media between the science & technology and the people. Simultaneously it is also the bridge from science to technical, the high tech resistance position, the develop science and technology talent base, and the important tools to promote the development of technology. I will set out systematically in the technology contest to establish the status of new technologies, the main technical innovation and design, new technology development and commercial application of new technologies and to promote a wide range of popular areas such as boosting occurred. The paper will also study what kind of the mechanism the technology contest has through. In fact, the characteristic of technology contest determines that it has power to the development of the technology. The main point of technology contest is the technological Competition which decides who will win. It has entertainment features, and it result are accuracy and acceptability.
