单层厂房自然通风地表效应数值模拟研究

【摘要】 当代科学技术进步和社会生产力的高速发展,加速了人类文明的进程。与此同时,人类社会也面临着环境与资源问题的严重挑战。可持续发展建筑观的提出让自然通风的优势重新引起人们的重视。挖掘自然通风的潜力,成为目前自然通风中备受关注的主题。本文以充分利用热压作用和厂房内的地表效应为基础,来挖掘自然通风的潜力,以期望在满足自然通风效果要求的前提下,节约能源、降低建筑能耗。本文基于自然通风基本理论与应用数值模拟的方法,在稳态条件下,借助k—ε湍流模型,并对不同的室外风速及地表温度边界条件下的地表效应进行数值模拟,得出厂房内部相应的温度、压力及速度场分布,并对厂房内地表效应影响下的自然通风进行对比研究。探讨了地表效应对自然通风的影响,并建立了相应的物理模型、选择了合理的数学模型。通过对数值计算结果的分析,发现地表效应得以充分体现的最大室外风速为1.5m/s。并在1.5m/s室外风速下,分析了降低进风窗高度里地表效应的影响,得出相应结论。在研究的过程中,也发现数值模拟模型及计算结果与实际测量结果基本吻合,证明了计算的可靠性。本文推出的数值模拟方法为自然通风计算及设计提供了新的途径,揭示了地表效应影响自然通风的机理,丰富了自然通风理论。
【Abstract】 Civilization course of human accelerates with high-speed development of up-to-date technology and social production. In the course, human being is confronted with the challenge from environment and energy. In continuable developing architecture view, virtue of natural ventilation is attached importance to technical ventilation. In recent academe, it is the hotspot that how to dig deeply the potential of natural ventilation. In this paper, on the basis of heat pressing and ground effect, mining the potential is for the sake of saving energy and reduced consuming power in the precondition of satisfying with natural ventilation effect.The paper researches the effects of natural ventilation impacted by ground effect or ignored it in lofty workshop based on basic theory of natural ventilation and application of numerical simulation. In probing into ground effect influence on natural ventilation, physics model is established and reasonable mathematic model is chosen. In steady state, ground effects are simulated in boundary conditions of different flow velocity in outdoor in virtue of k -εturbulent model, and educed the distributions of temperature, pressure and velocity.There discovers the maximum of velocity as 1.5m/s evaluating boundary condition of outdoor with analysis the results of numerical simulation. And in the 1.5m/s condition, it is analyzed that the influence on ground effect through set down the height of inlet windows. Because of anastomosis between site survey and results from numerical model and calculation, the method of simulation is a way to research, computation and design of natural ventilation. The paper opens out dynamic mechanism of ground effect influence on natural ventilation, and substantiates the theory of natural ventilation.
