长江河道采砂监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 长江是沿岸地区经济发展的重要支柱,是长江水运交通的主动脉。但近些年,长江中下游河道乱采滥挖江砂问题越来越突出,严重威胁了长江河道的安全以及长江防洪。由于长江中下游河道范围广,江砂被盗采的地点多,执法人员只能盲目的巡逻长江河道,在实际执法过程中,有相当数量的非法采砂事件难以实时发现和处理。随着嵌入式技术、无线通讯技术、多媒体技术的不断发展,传统的PC机加视频压缩卡的监测系统方案,由于本身的局限性,已不能满足某些应用的要求。目前,嵌入式系统应用于视频监测领域已成为发展趋势,基于嵌入式技术的网络视频监测系统具有良好的应用与发展前景。本文所开发的监测系统是根据实际工程需要开发设计的,采用了现代嵌入式系统发展的先进成果,以Intel公司性价比较高的XScale系列处理器芯片PXA272作为硬件系统核心,定制并移植了Windows XP Embedded操作系统,配以视频压缩功能模块,并结合GPS、CDMA、无线网桥和摄像头等设备,构建远程实时监测系统。本文首先介绍了采砂船监测系统的开发背景以及相关技术,得出研究本课题的重要性和必要性;其次介绍系统的总体设计方案以及各个区域控制子系统的详细设计方案,包括处理器的选型、外围电路的设计、视频压缩模块的设计、备用定位模块的设计等;再次,详细介绍了Windows XP Embedded操作系统的移植流程以及基于EVC的应用程序开发,包括网络管理,多线程编程,串口通讯,无线网桥接收的信号强度以及视频压缩等,实现了远程实时定位、多路视频实时监测采砂人员采砂作业的功能,并且随时对采砂人员发送语音指示命令;最后,对该项目进行了认真细致的测试,确保把一个可靠、准确、灵活的系统交付给最终用户。本文己完成项目的要求,项目已经验收完毕,目前在鄂赣交界处长江沿岸的采砂船、执法船以及执法车安装运行,反馈效果良好。

【Abstract】 The Yangtze River is not only the important pillar of economic development in the coastal area, but also is the main aorta of the Yangtze River carriage and traffic-transport. Illegal sand mining from the Yangtze River is one of the growing problems nowadays. This has created a serious affect on transportation of vehicles accross it and flood protection. As we know, the Yangtze River is so board and there are so many locations for sand mining, the only way for law enforcement ranks is to patrol everywhere. In practice, a considerable number of illegal sand mining is difficult to find out and dealt with timely.With the development of the embedded technology, wireless communication technology and multimedia technology, the traditional video monitoring system with image-compression card plus PC can’t meet the requirement of some applications. At present, the last trend is the application of embedded system in video monitoring field, the network video momtoring system based on embedded system has good application and development foreground.This thesis topic is to design an actual project. By using of Intel XScale architectured PXA272 processor as the core hardware system, transplanting Windows XP Embedded as the operating system, combining with video compressing module, GPS, CDMA, wireless bridge. the cameras equipment and so on, constructs the remote monitoring system.Fristly, this article introduces the developed background and key technology, educes the importance and necessarian of this article. Secondly it describes the whole functions and each module’s electric circuit designed including the design of choosing processor, video compressing module, backup module and so on. Thirdly, it goes into the system platform operating system transplantation and introduces the application program, which covers SNMP. the multithread programming, series port communication, reading the received signal strength from the wireless bridge, video compressing module, it implements remote tracking, real-time visual monitor, remote voice command in the system. Finally, rigorous testing of the system has been carried out to make sure the system is correct and reliable. The project acceptance has been completed and now it has been running in the sand-mining ship, law enforcement ship as well as law enforcement vehicles and received an excellent feedback.
