多作用式回转压缩机的研究

【摘要】 压缩机种类繁多,多作用式回转压缩机是容积式压缩机的一种,目前常见的回转式压缩机有螺杆压缩机,滑片压缩机,滚动转子压缩机等。多作用是指发生器输入一个运动周期,输出做功多于一次。本文利用非圆齿轮设计了一种多作用发生器,在此发生器的基础上,探求设计一种新型结构的回转式压缩机,其特点是转子回转一周过程内,气缸能有几十甚至上百次吸、排气动作,大大提高了压缩机的容积效率;另外,缸体型线简单,整机尺寸小,成本低。多作用发生器是压缩机工作的基础,其性能优劣对压缩机的效率影响很大。文章通过压缩机的运动分析,提出了对发生器输出运动的要求,根据此要求研究了两种非圆齿轮传动型式,即高阶椭圆齿轮传动和组合式非圆齿轮传动。高阶椭圆齿轮传动能得到连续变化的速度,传动平稳,载荷均匀,但作用次数较少;组合式非圆齿轮传动只有高、低周期变化的两种转速,传动中有冲击,但在电机转速不太高时冲击力较小,对压缩机影响不大。经过比较,选择了组合式非圆齿轮方案。转子和气缸是压缩机的核心部件,在介绍多作用压缩机工作原理及工作过程后,介绍了转子和气缸的结构设计。实验结果表明,多作用发生器实现了多作用式运动规律,其动作达到了设计要求。吸、排气实验中两种配气方式都观察到了吸、排气效果,说明配气方案是可行的。结合样机实验,分析了摩擦,泄漏和密封的问题并提出了相应的解决方案。文章最后对多作用容积机器的后续研究方向和研究重点作了探讨。

【Abstract】 There is a wide variety of compressors. Some of the commonly seen rotary compressors are screw compressor, vane compressor and rolling-rotary compressor. Multi-action rotary compressor is also a rotary compressor. Multi-action indicates that with the importation of a campaign cycle of impetus-generator, the volume-machine can operate more than one time. This article introduces a type of multi-action generator with noncircular gear and tries to design a new type of rotary compressor based on the device. The advantages of the compressor discussed here are its higher volumetric efficiency and lower cost. The cylinder can suck and exhaust dozens of or even hundreds of times during a circle of the axis, and besides, the design of a simpler curve and smaller size of the whole machine can reduce its cost.This article firstly puts forward the requirements of the generator after analyzing the motion of the compressor since the compressor operates on and is strongly influenced by the capability of the multi-action generator; and then the article discusses two types of transmission model: high band oval gear and combined noncircular gear. The former, with a smooth transmission symmetrical load and yet less actions, has a continuously-changing speed during a cycle, while the latter has only high and low rotary speed and there are during-transmission impacts, but the impacts will not cause big problems while the motor working in low speed, so, after comparing we choose the latter, combined noncircular gear.After introducing the working principles and process of the multi-action compressor, the design of the rotor and cylinder (the key parts of compressor) is proposed in the article. And according to the experiments of compressor model, the problems of friction, leak, and seal are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are sought. At the end of the article, the research direction and the focus of the multi-action volume machine are discussed.
