【摘要】 在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,逆向物流可能带来的经济效益和社会效益已为越来越多的企业所重视,逆向物流战略已经逐步成为各个企业乃至各国能否占领全球化制高点的重要战略之一。随着逆向物流实施的日益迫切,企业所面临的首要问题就是进行战略决策,决定采用何种切实可行的逆向物流运作模式。因此,对逆向物流运作进行深入研究和探讨将具有十分重要的意义。本论文通过研究逆向物流本身的特性,结合经济社会发展的新环境,着眼于建立基于虚拟企业的逆向物流运作模式(RLBVE)。文章从研究的实际背景入手,阐述发展逆向物流的驱动因素和企业实施逆向物流的重要意义。在综述国内外相关研究成果的基础上,提出建立基于虚拟企业的逆向物流运作的设想,深入分析其运作动因,从组织结构、功能分解和运作框架等方面研究虚拟企业的具体运作,设计由多个分形物流元完成逆向物流的相应功能,构建面向逆向物流目标的分形虚拟企业。在此基础上,文章运用多种定性与定量方法对基于虚拟企业的逆向物流运作流程进行剖析,从实体网络流程、信息支撑流程和管理协调流程等多个视角研究逆向物流网络的规划与构建、信息流程及其信息系统的设计、虚拟企业的两层运作及运作主体的动态管理;最后,通过康柏公司的案例具体研究基于虚拟企业的逆向物流运作在实际中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new way help to obtain economic benefit and social benefit, reverse logistics (RL) is regarded by more and more enterprises and has become an important strategy of the enterprises even the countries, to seizure the global plateau. With the urgent demand of implementing, the main problem for the enterprises is the decision-making of strategy to manage the reverse logistics operation effectively. It is important to find an effective operational mode for reverse logistics, on which an in-depth research will be significant and profound.By analyzing the intrinsic characteristic of reverse logistics and the new circumstance along with the economic society developing, the reverse logistics operational mode based on virtual enterprises(RLBVE) is established in this thesis. Firstly, the research begins with the background analysis, in order to expatiate on the motive and significance of reverse logistics. After reviewing the existing literatures systematically, the thesis presents the reverse logistics operational mode based on virtual enterprises and goes deep into the operational motive. The operation of virtual enterprises is taken into consideration from organization configuration, function-dividing and operational framework. The fractal logistics units are designed to carry out the functions of reverse logistics and they make up of the fractal virtual enterprises for the object of reverse logistics. Then, the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to anatomize the operational flows, including the programming of reverse logistics network, the design of reverse logistics information system and the dynamic management of operational entities. Finally, the case of Compaq illuminates the application of reverse logistics operational management based on virtual enterprises in practice.更多还原
