连续可调高压开关电源的设计

Design of Continuous Adjustable High Voltage Switching Power Supplies

【摘要】 本高压开关电源是作为离子加速器的核心电源而研制的。目前国内电源市场上绝大部分开关电源都是低压电源,通常输出电压都在200V以内,即使有少量输出在10KV的也都是大功率、高价位的产品,均不适合作为离子加速器的核心电源。针对这一项目需要以及目前市场上的空缺,我们自行研制了这种0~10KV连续可调的高压开关电源。本文首先分析了国内外开关电源的现状以及该课题提出的意义。而后对基本开关电源的控制方式、主电路结构、电路拓扑等进行简单叙述,并在此基础上提出来该项目的总体技术规划。接着,将整个系统的硬件电路分为5个部分来加以叙述,其中包括调压稳压电路、升压电路、高压包初级回路、高压反馈电路和系统保护电路。最后给出了该项目的实验结果及分析。该系统选用TL494作为系统的脉宽调制(PWM)单片发生模块。TL494独立产生脉宽可调的方波,从而控制开关管的关断与导通。高压反馈电路主要通过TL494内部自带的误差放大器配合少量外围电路组成误差电压积分器,利用负反馈来调节并稳定系统的输出电压。升压电路通过一个高速开关管将PWM模块产生的调制脉冲等效升压,并作用于高压包的初级,从而起到升压的目的。保护电路主要包括过流保护与过热保护两部分,过流保护也同样利用TL494内部另外一个误差放大器组成的积分器对系统进行过流保护,过热保护是应用一个串联在主回路中的PTC热敏电阻与开关管接触,从而保护开关管不至于因系统异常而烧坏。

【Abstract】 This High Voltage Switching Power Supplies is designed for ion accelerator. Nowadays, in our native Power Supplies market, most of Switching Power Supplies are low Voltage’s, 200V below in common. Although there are some one, they are product with high power and high price, which are not fit for this project. For this project, we design the 0~10KV Continuous Adjustable High Voltage Switching Power Supplies by ourself.In this paper, we talk about the status of the switching power supplies in native and abroad. Then, the controlling way, circuit structure and topo are showed in brief, and give out the holistic programming of the project. And then, we analyse the hardware circuit in five parts, which contain adjustable and steady circuit, rising voltage circuit, high voltage package back circuit, high voltage feedback circuit and system protecting circuit. In the last, we show the testing result and analyse.The system uses the TL494 chip as PWM generate module. The TL494 can generate rectangle wave with pulse width adjustable, so as to control the dynatron. High voltage circuit mainly use the error amplifier in the TL494 to make up of a integrator, which adjust and steady the output voltage with negative feedback. The rising voltage circuit use a dynatron to rise voltage, and give the power to the high voltage package. Protecting circuit mainly contain the excess current protecting circuit and excess heat protecting circuit. In the excess current protecting circuit, we use a error amplifier in the TL494 to make up of a integrator, which to protect the system from excess current. In the excess heat protecting circuit, we use a PTC in the circuit to protect from burning out of the dynatron.
