【摘要】 干砂负压消失模铸造技术(简称LFC)是一种近无余量、精确成型的铸造工艺。消失模铸造最早是因艺术铸造而发明的,其在铸造工艺方面的特点,引起铸造业的关注。经过多年的发展,消失模铸造技术现广泛应用于汽车箱体等复杂铸件的生产,在艺术品铸造方面应用报道反而不多见。因此研究消失模铸造技术在艺术铸造中的应用,有利于扩展消失模铸造技术的适用领域,同时也有利于消失模艺术铸造的研究。消失模铸造的关键是泡沫材料的选择与成形。本文以实验为基础,对比了几种泡沫材料EPS、EPP和EPE与消失模铸造中相关的性能,研究了泡沫材料在消失模铸造工艺,尤其是在艺术铸造中的适用条件。研究了消失模艺术铸造泡沫模样的成形,比较泡沫材料的几种切割成形方法,总结了不同切割方法泡沫切割成形的特性。对消失模技术在艺术铸造中应用时,三维设计中需要注意的方面进行了总结。基于UG/Modeling模块,独立设计了消失模铸造技术委员会浮雕艺术展牌和五星级会员标牌,前者利用EPS快速成形系统制作了泡沫模样,后者用模具成形技术制作了泡沫模样的模具,可批量生产。根据消失模铸造的工艺和艺术铸造的特点,特别研究了薄壁零件(散热片)的消失模铸造工艺。总结出了基于消失模技术的薄壁零件的泡沫模样的成形条件和薄壁件铸造成型工艺,为消失模铸造技术在艺术铸造领域探索提供了重要的数据和经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lost foam casting(LFC)is a new foundry technology which has a good molding quality. This technology was invented for art casting. Because of its character in casting, it was attracted in the foundry. Nowadays, LFC has been applied to produce complex automobile part as block and cylinder head. There is not many application in the art casting. So studying on the LFC-art casting is propitious to extending the feasible field and using of the LFC in art casting.The key point of LFC is the choosing and molding of the foam material. This thesis is base on the experiments. In the experiment, the characters of EPS, EPP and EPE have been compared when they are use in LFC. And some research in the capability of the material used in LFC have been taken, especially in the art casting.By the study of the molding of the foam pattern and the compare with different cutting methods, the conclusion of the character of the different cutting has been made, especially in the LFC-art casting. Some needed to pay attention when the 3D designed is pointed out.The basso-relievo board of the LFC casting committee and the five-star member tablet have been designed independently based on UG/Modeling module .the foam pattern of the board has been produced with the EPS rapid prototyping. The tablet of LFC committee and its mould have been molded and tooled.Because of the characters of the LFC and art casting, some studies are taken on the LFC process of thin-wall casting. The condition of the thin-wall part’s foam molding and its technology in molding summed up, which offers some important data and experience in the LFC-art casting.更多还原
