三峡地下电站尾水洞远程视频监控系统的防雷设计与工程实践

【摘要】 随着国民经济的迅猛发展,水利工程在国民经济中所占的比重越来越大,水利信息化建设更是直接影响水利发展的一个重要方面。大坝视频监控系统能够有效地实现对水利工程的现代化管理和智能化操作,但是,在水利水电行业,视频监控系统一般运行在潮湿、粉尘、强电磁干扰等恶劣的环境条件下。因此,组建一个能够长期可靠稳定运行,并且能够传输清晰图像,操作又十分便捷的视频监控系统就成为我们追求的目标。为满足葛洲坝集团三峡工程指挥部对三峡地下电站尾水洞施工现场的管理与监控要求,华中科技大学水电学院与葛洲坝集团三峡工程指挥部合作完成了“地下电站尾水洞视频监控系统”项目,该监控系统现已投入运行。本期系统在对二期150项目部视频监控系统进行深入分析的基础上,结合三期施工、尤其是地下电站尾水洞施工的特点,进一步对视频系统进行了规划设计和组织施工,并针对施工现场为雷击多发区,监控设备易受雷击损害的情况,从电源线、信号线和控制线三方面对系统进行了雷电浪涌保护设计,确保系统的安全和稳定运行,以适应整个施工现场对质量、安全和进度等管理方面日益增长的要求,提高工程管理水平。本文以三峡地下电站尾水洞视频监控系统为背景,探讨了监控系统一般的组成和结构,对监控系统的关键理论和技术做了分析;在此基础之上,详细阐述了尾水洞视频监控系统的设计方案,并重点解释了设计方案中雷电浪涌的保护措施;然后,结合施工实践,总结了在尾水洞视频监控系统的安装、调试以及故障排除过程中吸取的经验教训;最后,对全文做了总结和展望,提出了系统中存在的问题,并对系统今后可以改进的地方做了设想。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the national economy, the proportion of hydraulic engineering in the national economy is increasing day by day,the construction of hydraulic information is also a very important aspect to directly impact on the development of water resources.The dam video surveillance system can effectively realize the modern management and intelligent operation of hydraulic engineering.However,the video surveillance system of hydropower industry generally operates in the damp,dust,strong electromagnetic interference and other adverse environmental conditions.Therefore,to form a Video Surveillance System ,which could run stably,reliably, expediently in long-term and transfer clear picture becomes our goal.To meet the requirements of management and monitoring to the construction site of the underground power station tailrace tunnel in Three Gorges project,the Hydropower Inistitute in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the headquarters of the Three Gorges Project in Gezhouba Group Corporation,completed the“underground power station tailrace tunnel Video Surveillance System”Project,this project has been put into operation.Based on analyzing the the second construction stage of 150 Project Management Dept,combined with the third construction stage,especially the characteristics of the underground power station tailrace tunnel, this project makes a plan and construction organization further and aims at the construction site for lightning-prone areas,vulnerable to lightning damage to the monitoring equipment,this project makes a lightning surge protection system designed to ensure the safe and stable operation from power lines,communication lines and control lines to meet the requirements,which is growing day by day,of quality,safety and management in construction site for greater project management level.Taking Three Gorges underground power station tailrace tunnel as a main background, this article discusses the compositon and structure of the normal Video Surveillance System and analyses system’s key theory and technology; on this basis, this paper explains the design of tailrace tunnel Video Surveillance System in detail,focusing on the measure of preventing the lightning surge; then, combining with the practice of fixing, debugging and troubleshooting in tailrace tunnel,this paper summes up the experience and the lessons learned from this project;finally,the paper makes a summary and outlook,presentes the problems existing int the system and also imagines the aspects which can be improved in future.
