通用型变压器保护上层管理分析系统的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的不断进步,微机变压器保护的研制已逐渐从专用型保护向通用型保护的方向发展。通用型变压器保护按最大化原则进行设计,可根据需要对保护功能、模拟量通道和开关量通道进行灵活配置,以满足不同运行现场的应用要求,从而极大地降低了保护装置的开发和维护成本,进一步提高了保护装置运行的可靠性和安全性。通用型变压器保护的构成相对比较复杂,对保护装置的运行监控和维护管理提出了新的、更高要求。因此,根据通用型变压器保护的应用特点,研制和开发性能优良的上层管理分析系统具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。论文首先回顾了变压器保护的发展历史与研究和应用现状,对目前存在的主要问题进行了分析和评述。在此基础上,依据通用型变压器保护的开发原则及功能需求,阐述了保护装置的基本组成结构、硬件配置特点及软件运行流程。结合通用型变压器保护的应用特点,提出了上层管理分析系统的总体设计方案。保护管理软件是上层管理分析系统的核心模块,它一方面控制了人机界面的交互,另一方面要负责系统与保护装置的通信联系。论文结合软件的实际应用需求,按功能逐块介绍了软件各组成部分的实现情况,说明了程序开发中需注意的主要问题。故障录波分析软件是上层管理分析系统的重要组成模块,提供了用户完善的通道波形再现和保护故障分析功能。论文分析了软件所采用的故障报告文件结构,介绍了软件运行流程中各功能的编程方法及相关问题,并提出了对开发过程中一些关键技术问题的解决方法。上层管理分析系统的通信实现是软件开发中的难点问题,本套系统通过串口方式连接到保护装置,采用Modbus协议完成各种相关数据的传输过程。论文介绍了串口通信的编程方法,分析了Modbus协议的组成结构,阐述了系统通信程序的实现流程。所开发的上层管理分析系统已通过了静态实验测试,结果表明,各项功能均达到设计要求,可满足通用型变压器保护的应用要求。论文介绍了上层管理分析系统的测试方法和主要结果。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology, microcomputer transformer protection has changed from special protection to general protection. To meet the different demands; reducing the development or maintenance costs; and improving the protection device’s reliability and safety, the general transformer protection is designed with maximal principle. User can configure protection function, analog channels and digital input/output channels as required. In respect that the general transformer protection has a complex structure, people must pay more attention on its monitoring and test, so research on an excellent management and analysis system for the general transformer protection is very important.This paper firstly recalled the history and application status of transformer protection, and discussed the existing main problems; introduced the basic structure, the hardware configuration and the software operation process of the general transformer protection device; presented the total design proposal of the management and analysis system.Protection management software is the core of the management and analysis system. It controls the man-machine interface and responds the communication between the protection device and the system. According to the application requirements of the software, this thesis introduced the achievement of each function, and explained the major problems in the programming.Fault record and analysis software, which provides perfect waveform reproduction and protection fault analysis, is an important component of the management and analysis system. In this paper, we introduced the structure of the document used in the software, the running process of the software, the achievement of the functions and the solutions of the key problems.One of the problems in the achievement of the management and analysis system is the communications. The system connects to the serial port of the protection device, and uses Modbus Protocol to complete all data transmission. This paper discussed the programming method of serial port, analyzed the structure of Modbus protocol, and introduced the achievement of the communication.The management and analysis system had passed the static tests. The results showed that the general performance of the system has met the design requirement. The main test content and result had been produced in this paper.
