煤矿液压支架用阀综合性能试验台的研究

【摘要】 液压支架是煤炭开采过程中用于保护采煤工作面及人身安全的重要设备。它在多类液压阀的控制下完成规定的工作流程。随着煤炭工业的飞速发展,越来越多的高压大流量阀在液压支架上应用。然而国内尚缺乏对这些阀进行性能检测的有效手段,这也给煤矿工业安全生产带来极大的隐患。因此,本文开展液压支架用阀综合性能试验台的研究工作,对于满足国内对高压大流量阀进行性能检测的迫切需要,保证液压支架用阀产品的质量,进而提高煤矿开采的安全性有极重要的工程实际意义。本文分别从软件和硬件两方面分析了原试验台的问题与不足,并对液压支架用阀综合性能试验台进行了改进和完善。本文的主要研究工作如下:针对原测控软件中所存在的“采样饱和”的问题,本文对采样数据的存储空间实行内存动态分配,并采用了精确计时与单点取值相结合的方式实现实时数据采集,突破了研华ActiveDAQ用户手册所提供的实时批量数据采集的编程模式。根据本测控系统的实际情况,本文提出了参考点搜索法,用于线性插值法标定转换数据。该方法大大提高了搜索的效率,减小了搜索耗时对实时数据采集的影响,为实时数据采集奠定了基础。为实现对底层数据有效管理,引入了数据库技术,选择了Access作为后台数据库,采用DAO数据访问对象来连接数据库,并进行编程开发,加强对底层数据的组织和操作。为解决原换向机构存在的“死点”问题,本文定性分析了曲柄连杆机构的运动特点,确定了避免出现“死点”的有效范围,提出了改进方案,并对新方案进行了计算与校核,以确保传动的可行性;此外,还完善了换向控制电路,加强了计算机对换向试验的控制能力。为了验证试验台的可行性,本文对试验台所有的试验项目进行了现场测试,以有代表性的试验项目为例,详细介绍了试验方法,并对试验结果进行了分析。现场测试表明所研制的试验台能够满足原煤炭部阀类试验标准对阀的试验要求,试验结果得到厂方认可。
【Abstract】 Hydraulic support is an important device which is applied to complete stated working flow and protect coal face and workers in coal mine. With the fast development of coal industry, more and more high pressure and mass flow valves are used on hydraulic support. Effective means detecting the performance of valves is scarce at home, which could bring great hidden danger to safety in coal mine. The research on performance of test rig for hydraulic support valve is very meaningful in detecting the performance of high pressure and mass flow valves at home, ensureing the quality of valve on hydraulic support and enhancing the security of coal mining.Some problems and deficiencies of the unfinished test rig are analyzed from two parts of software and hardware respectly. And the performance of test rig for hydraulic support valve is improved. The main research contents are as follows:The memory space of sample data is dynamically allocated to resolve the problem of sampling saturation. The real-time sampling method combining high precision counter with single value breaks through programming mode of real-time mass data sampling which is provided by Advantech ActiveX User’Manual.According to the actual situation of testing system, a new method applied to scaling data with linear interpolation is put forward, i.e reference search method. It improves the efficiency of searching data and lay foundation for real-time acquisition with high precision.Database technology is adopted to manage bottom data. Access plays the role of background database. And DAO is used for linking database and programming, which enhances organization and operation of bottom data.To remove the existed dead center in transmission mechanism, the working trait of transmission mechanism is analyzed. The feasibility of improved mechanism is ensured by checking moment. Besides, the control circuit of the reversing test is also improved to enhance the control ability of the computer to the reversing test.All test items are completed to prove the feasibility of test rig. Take some representative test items for example, test measures are introduced and test results are analyzed. It is indicated that the test rig could meet the testing requirement which is recorded by the valves testing standard drafted by previous Coal Department.
