基于3S的水土保持分析评价系统研究

【摘要】 本文以湖北省水土保持监测网络与信息系统的开发为背景,研究在.net开发平台上,将GIS、RS、GPS技术应用于实际水土保持工作中,开发了一套集信息浏览、查询、空间分析等功能于一体的分析评价系统,促进了湖北省水土保持信息化的发展,提高了湖北省水土保持工作的现代化水平。本文首先针对湖北水土保持研究状况,介绍了本论题的目的。接着阐述了3S技术的基本理论,以及在水土保持工作中的应用。同时概述了目前水土保持信息化的发展思路以及发展状况。其次,以湖北省的某监测小区为研究对象,应用改进的L-M神经网络算法,以matlab神经网络工具箱为计算工具,探讨坡面水土流失定量计算模型,通过验证,并取得了良好的效果。再次,对湖北省水土保持分析评价系统得建设进行系统概括,系统目的和原则进行了介绍,对系统运行所需的软硬件环境系统了描述。着重论述了系统设计和数据库建立,详细探讨了基于GIS技术的系统功能设计。最后,根据系统原型,应用C#语言编制代码实现功能。详细介绍了系统开发环境、开发平台以及采用的组件技术。讨论了系统环境的建立、数据的集成,应用系统的开发实现流程,以运行实例截图展示,并对其运行性能和效果分析。

【Abstract】 This thesis is bases upon a project“HuBei Water & Soil Conservation Monitoring Network and Information System”. The study is developing analysis and estimate information system integrating functions of information browsing、searching、spatial analysis bases on .NET platform, Which applies the 3S technology in actual project. This study advances the modernization level of HuBei water & soil conservation work.Firstly, the thesis describes the destiny of this study, combined with HuBei Water & Soil loss. And then the thesis introduces the theory of RS(Remote Sensing)、GIS(Geographical Information System)and GPS(Global Point System) , applies 3S technology in the MIS(management information system), at the same time, the author summarizes the development of water & soil conservation work.Secondly, Taking a monitoring area as an example, the author applies BP neutral network Algorithm in calculation of water & soil loss, builds the calculated model based on the ANN toolbox of Matlab, and the results show this network calculation is close to actual survey value,which indicates BP Neutral Networks Algorithm is practical to research of slope soil erosion.Thirdly, the analysis and estimate information system design is proposed, including the system destiny、the design rule、running situation. And it gives a detail description of system database design and system function design.Fourthly, the realization of this system is presented. The ArcGIS Engine、.NET Platform and ADO.NET is discussed, this emphasis is put on system menu and system function realization.The author presents a summary and outlook of the article in the end.
