设计结构向装配工艺结构映射的可视化系统研究与实现

【摘要】 装配是产品生命周期中的重要环节,是影响产品性能、质量、开发周期和成本的主要因素之一。目前装配工艺设计系统大多以二维图表为主要数据,由于二维图不甚直观,可视化效果差,而三维模型形象、直观,易于理解,方便指导装配作业,因此,研究三维可视化的装配工艺结构设计系统具有重要意义。本文结合工程实际应用对三维可视化环境下的设计结构向装配工艺结构的映射进行了研究。由于产品设计结构和装配工艺结构不一致,因此在进行产品装配工艺设计之前,需要将CAD系统中的设计结构转换成满足装配工艺设计需要的装配工艺结构。本文通过设计结构向装配工艺结构映射机制来实现设计结构向装配工艺结构的转换。在三维环境下实现上述映射机制,需要解决产品三维设计模型的来源问题,以及三维模型的显示问题。目前在企业中,一个产品的零部件可能在不同的三维CAD系统中设计完成,这样导致产品没有一个完整的装配模型。因此,需要将各三维CAD系统的数据集成在一个统一的系统中显示和装配,从而生成产品的完整装配模型,另外由于各种三维CAD系统中的产品设计模型对于装配工艺结构设计来说存在数据冗余,且一般大型装配模型数据量很大,因此需要对装配模型进行轻量化处理。针对上述问题,本文采用三维模型轻量化技术解决大型装配模型的轻量化问题,设计并实现面向主流的三维CAD系统的轻量化文件的接口,将各三维CAD系统零部件转换为统一的轻量化文件格式。最后实现了对轻量化文件进行浏览和装配的异构三维CAD数据集成系统,从而为设计结构向装配工艺结构映射提供了三维的可视化环境。在上述三维可视化环境下,本文研究和开发了设计结构向装配工艺结构映射的三维可视化系统,最后给出了一个实例验证本文研究的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 As assembly plays a very important role in the product life cycle, it is one of the primary factors which affect the product performance, the quality, the development cycle and cost. At present, two-dimensional data are mostly used in assembly process design system. Compared with three-dimensional models, two-dimensional models are not intuitionistic and have bad visibility. Therefore, research on assembly process structure design with 3D visualization has vital significance. This paper studies the visible mapping in three–dimension from design structure to assembly process structure.It is needed to convert the design structure in CAD system to assembly process structure for assembly process structure design, as the result of the differ between design structure and assembly process structure. In this paper a method of mapping from design structure to assembly process structure is represent.To implement the above method, the source of the three-dimensional models and the display of three-dimensional models must be solute. At present, in enterprises the parts of a product are probably designed in different CAD systems which causes the product has no complete assembly model. The data of models in different CAD systems must be integrated in a system to complete the product assembly. And for assembly process design, the data of models in different CAD systems is unnecessary and excessive, which needs lightweight. A lightweight interface oriented different CAD systems which can transfer different models in different CAD system to uniform models which is lightweight is designed and implemented. And by this interface, the lightweight files can be browsed and a three-dimensional visible mapping from design structure to assembly process structure is implemented.In the above mentioned three-dimensional component, a three-dimensional visible system is studied and implemented in this paper, and the validity and validity of the system is testified by an instance.
