柴油机掺氢关键技术及实验研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国汽车产量和保有量飞速增加,但石油资源的短缺和汽车尾气排放污染日益严重给汽车工业的进一步发展带来严重的挑战。为此,寻找可以代替石油的清洁能源是内燃机技术重要的发展方向。作为最清洁的车用发动机代用燃料,氢气(Hydrogen)在提高内燃机经济性、降低发动机烟度排放等方面有其独特的优势。同时,柴油机被广泛应用于国民经济各个领域。以柴油机为基础实现发动机的双燃料工作,是代用燃料发动机发展的一个重要方向。本文通过对现有双燃料发动机技术的研究,结合氢气燃料的特点,采用进气总管单点电控喷射,完成了一套电控氢气供给系统的设计,实现了原YC6J190-20柴油机的双燃料运行。系统以摩托罗拉MC68HC908LJ12型单片机为控制核心,采用氢气喷射器作为执行元件,配合合理的输入输出接口电路来实现氢气喷射的精确控制。然后对原柴油机与改装后的电控柴油掺氢双燃料发动机的动力性、经济性、排放性能进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,本文设计的电控喷氢双燃料发动机工作稳定可靠,掺氢燃烧可有效地降低发动机排放。最后,对论文工作进行了总结并分析了存在的问题,提出了下一步的工作方向。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the automotive industry has expanded swiftly. On the other side, the shortage of petroleum resources and the increasingly serious pollution Caused by the automobile exhaust emissions, bringing serious challenges to the further development of the automobile industry. Hydrogen, as an alternative engine fuel, has its unique advantages in improving the economy and reducing engine smoke emissions. Diesel engine has been used in many fields and is playing an important role in people’s life, so to develop a dual fuel engine from the base of diesel is a concernful research direction for engines which consume alternative fuel.Based on the detailed research on dual fuel engine at present and the positive features of hydrogen, this paper provided an electronic control Hydrogen supply system to fulfill the function of dual fuel on the diesel engine. The MC68HC908U12 single-chip microprocessor was used as the kernel of electronic control unit (ECU). The KEIHIN hydrogen gas injector was used as the actuator.This system was matched with theYC6J190-20 diesel engine. The comparison of power performance, economy and emissions performance between original engine and the Hydrogen/diesel dual fuel engine were made. The results show that the system has a higher safety and reliability, and is effective in reducing emissions.At the end of this paper, a summarization was presented and the work direction of next step is discussed.
