定压差随动控制阀的研制

【摘要】 近年来,海洋探测技术成为各个国家研究的热点,海洋探测器的发展成为海洋探测成败的关键。水舱外与水舱内压差的调节正是影响海洋探测器上浮下潜的重要部分,在以往的压差调节中,是依靠人工跟随压差变化,开关供排气阀来完成的,操作人员的工作强度大,而且调压的效果也不好。目前,国内还没有研制出能够完成水舱内外压差自动调节的装置。因此,研制出具有自动调节水舱内外压差并且能保证调节精度的压力控制装置,对于促进海洋探测器相关性能的改进,具有非常重大的意义。本课题正是基于这样的想法,对定压差随动阀的研究作了非常详细的论述。第一章,介绍了课题的来源,论述了课题的研究意义和研究内容,技术难点,并概述了国内外关于海水液压元件和压差调节控制相关方面的研究现状。第二章,提出了水舱外与水舱内压差调节的三种解决方案,并对它们进行了仿真分析、及可行性分析,最后确定采用第三种方案。第三章,设计了定压差随动阀的结构,对阀的主要参数进行了计算,选取了可靠的密封方案,并对重要零件进行了静态分析,确保了设计的可靠性。第四章,对海水中金属材料的腐蚀本质进行了详细论述,分析了金属材料和非金属材料在海水中的耐腐蚀性能,并依据前面的论述对定压差随动阀的材料做了合理的配制。第五章,建立了定压差随动阀的数学模型,并对影响其调节性能的因素进行了仿真分析,优化设计了相关参数,最后对定压差随动阀的调节性能进行了仿真分析。第六章,归纳整理了本论文的主要研究结果和结论,对今后需要进一步研究的内容和研究方向提出了展望。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the sea exploration has been the hot allover in the world, while the development on sea detector is the key its success. The regulation of the pressure difference between the water cabin and the sea water outside the water cabin is one of important factors influencing the sea detector. In last years, the pressure difference regulation was manually operated, which made workers tired and could’t reach the regulation target. By now, in China, there are not one kind of automatic pressure difference regulator that could do this.Therefor, it is of significance if we can develop such pressure difference regulator.This thesis mainly deals with the theoretical analysis, design of the project and its structure and simulation.In chapter 1, the research aim and significance are described. Also the state of the art on sea water hydraulic components and gas pressure regulaor in domestic and overseas are introduced. And the design scheme and main tasks are presented.In chapter 2, three principles of pressure difference regulation are designed and described in details, then the feasibilities of them are analysed by simulation.At the end ,the third principle is choosen as the best one.In chapter 3, the design of each components of the pressure difference regulator is introduced, and some main parameters about the regulator are computed.The sealing way is choosen, and cosmos is used to analyse the static force characteristics, which can assure the right of the design.In chapter 4, the erosion essence of metal in sea water is analysed, some main metal and nonmetal material erosionproof characteristics are researched.At the end , the materials of the pressure difference regulator are choosen.In chapter 5, the math model about the pressure difference regulator is established.By the sofeware AMESim,the static and dynatic simulation researches of pressure difference regulator are given. In simulation research, variable parameters and optimum simulation research work for the reguator are done.In chapter 6, some conclusions are drawen and some new views in the future are put forward.
