138例便秘患儿的临床调查报告

【摘要】 本文以对138例便秘患儿相关疾病(症状)情况和体质相关因素的调查为手段,一方面了解便秘患儿的日常生活情况和生活质量,使患儿及其家长提高对便秘的正确认识,指出如何防治小儿便秘已成为儿科医生研究的重要课题之一;另一方面通过本次调查,了解目前临床上治疗便秘的中西医手段的优缺点,从治未病的角度提出“因质制宜”的治疗方案预防小儿便秘的发生。本论文共分三部分,第一部分为临床调查资料部分,介绍临床资料;第二部分为临床调查结果部分,统计临床数据;第三部分为临床讨论部分,通过对138例便秘患儿的调查,反映临床对小儿便秘治疗的现状,指出“因质制宜”才是防治小儿便秘的关键,提出一种针对肺脾质Ⅰ型的“因质制宜”方案,供临床医生参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis mainly refers to the relation between constipation and constitution.The thesis selected and investigated 138 children patients who sicken for constipation.One side realized their quality reports about their lives in order to help the children and their parents to comprehend constipation.Preventing and curing constipation was an inportant problem by pediatrician. Other side dissertated a view on children constipation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.And realized the disadvantages and advantages about TCM and Western Medicine on constipation. According to their different constitutions,we make different schemes which would prevent from constipation in order to improve their quality of life.The thesis includes three parts.The first part is clinical cases and statisties clinical deta.The second part is clinical outcome ,analyses the deta.The third part is the discussion to clinical cases,with the investigation of 138 children patients who sicken for constipation,summaries the actuality of TCM and Western Medicine about the present therapeutic conditions of constipation. The thesis points out that the therapeutic based on constitution is significant .The thesis gives a proposal of scheme based on lung and spleen I constitution.更多还原
